I’m southern and I don’t like cornbread dressing. Much prefer my mom’s bread stuffing (and yes, she actually stuffs the turkey, even though they say not to do that these days).
Ditto all above, but I will say that my dad makes an oyster dressing that is very good! Can’t believe I refused to try it for soooo many years.
I don’t like cream cheese frosting or related dishes (anymore). I used to make a delicious pumpkin “cake” with cream cheese frosting, but now anything with that on top throws me off completely.

I think people who get up really early to participate in Black Friday sales are legitimately insane. I hate getting up early and I hate crowds of people and weren't we literally just all showing appreciation for what we already have? No, thank you. I will be celebrating my last childless Black Friday by sleeping in!
I went for sushi yesterday for lunch. I've been going to the same place about once a month or two for the past 5 years and never got any food poisoning, they also have an excellent rating from the health department. I'm of the (unpopular) opinion that if you take all the precautions you can still enjoy sushi, deli meat etc.
I don't mind turkey, but I much prefer ham. Although, the first turkey I actually made was really good! I did a dry brine, and it had soooo much flavor!
I also dislike any pie with pastry crust. Graham cracker crusts, I like those.
I'm the same, I could careless about pies. But I will take all the sides and carbs around! My favorite thing to make during thanksgiving is homemade mac and cheese and southern dumplings like you get at Cracker Barrel. Probably not very "thanksgiving" like.

I don’t like pie, or pastry of any kind really. I’m the best person to have celiacs because I can happily live without all of that.

Sometimes I feel like they put all these restrictions on pregnant women because they hate us. Lol. I know it's not true, but it feels that way.
