@autumnlvs I’m having a boy and his was super high in the beginning.  I think that OWT is for later in pregnancy after it rises and drops again.  Even now my boy is 140-160 though.

Hi ladies! Thanks @kristimh80 for kicking it off!

How far along are you/ EDD? 8 weeks/6.22

How is everyone feeling? My nausea has vanished, which is disturbing, but I’m still famished at all times/15 minutes after eating anything so I’m focusing on just being grateful and not worrying. :-)

Any upcoming appointments? Graduate from my RE on Wednesday and our first OB appointment is on Friday!

    Any thoughts/questions/concerns? Nope!

Any holidays plans coming up? Thanksgiving is at my in-laws’ this year so across the country we go. I’ve already started worrying about baby’s first x-mas NEXT year, which I maintain should be at my parents’, even though x-mas this year is at my parents’ and we’re supposed to switch off. It would be SUPER if our families lived less than 1000 miles apart, lol. Also, it is stupid to worry about this when I’m only 8 weeks pregnant.  :D

    @Bababatty
I was imagining a mom/daughter halloween costume at 8 weeks :p  (Anne Boleyn and Elizabeth I hahaha) It's pregnancy brain I think
I lucked out as my husband's family lives far away from us and he doesn't like to visit that much. So all of our holidays are pretty much with my parents (who live 2 miles away haha). I told him that we're going to have to go up for Christmas at some point.

@Bababatty Try not to worry too much about symptoms. Even at 20 weeks, past couple of days I've woken up thinking "I don't look and feel that pregnant today" and my paranoid self got the doppler out to check-in lol

Sorry for the late post. Been a busy week at work.

How far along are you/ EDD? 10+4, June 5th

How is everyone feeling?  On and off nausea, but can tell it’s lessening. Boobs less sore but think I’m gonna have to switch bras soon. Sleep is improving!

Any upcoming appointments? Wed is first OB appt at 11w with new OB.

Any thoughts/questions/concerns?  Curious if I’ll like this OB or if I’ll get referral to high risk person. Nervous about upcoming testing.

Any holidays plans coming up? Thanksgiving with DHs family (1.5 hr flight). I told DH I wanted to surprise his mom at thanksgiving but he just told her via text. She had an idea when we transferred so I assume she broke him. Lol. Now to navigate all her prying questions at thanksgiving. :/

@northbeach3 So good to see you here <3 Don't worry too much a out your 1st OB visit. They will probably do another u/s for their records, so you'll probably get to see your little one again :) I got a referral to the high risk doctor, but was mainly for the anatomy scan / 20 week ultrasound. Honestly, I'm really happy they referred me to the MFM. They took their time and really looked at everything very thoroughly. When I was there, I wished I saw them more because they were so wonderful. As for testing at the OB, only do what you feel comfortable. I have opted out of some blood work I wasn't comfortable with and knew whatever the outcome it wouldn't make a difference for us. I noticed at the OB, they seem to have a list of things they ask everything to do and many we already did with our RE or didn't make sense to so b/c would have been seen already on the million ultrasounds we already had. So do whatever you feel comfortable doing. :-)

@autumnlvs I'm outside of Chicago, are you in the city? I could recommend the OB group I'm seeing but they're in Elmhurst so I don't know if that's close to you (probably not if you're in the city-city)!

    (lurking from 2nd tri) :)

HI ladies... I just filled in my stats for this week on the new thread but wanted to share my holiday plans

we are heading out to CA on Friday for the full week of Thanksgiving. Everyone is getting together at my parent's house including MIL, SIL and my bro's whole side of his fam. I think there are going to be like 22 people including the kids.
We will stay in Phoenix for Christmas. My MIL & SIL are going to come out here for the week. When we moved almost 5 years ago, we started switching every year. 1 year we would stay in AZ for Christmas and head to CA for Thanksgiving and then switch for the next year. It made it really easy the year my son was born b/c his due date was Dec 28 so there was no way I was heading to CA for Christmas. Everyone came to us which was exhausting but nice at the same time.
    Me: 33 (no known issues)
DH: 33 (lower motility; 0 morphology)
    TTC since Oct 2013
    IVF round 1 January 2016 (w/ ICSI)
    ER: February 17, 2016; 15 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 11 fertilized
Day 5 Blastocysts: 8 sent for PGS - 5 Normal
    FET date: April 12, 2016 - DS born Dec 7, 2016
    IVF round 2: FET : Oct 4 - 1st Beta 188!
