I was convinced that I was pregnant, back in October. I was two days late, and then got, what I thought was, my period. Fast forward to two days ago (2 weeks after my "period") and on hunch, I took another pregnancy test, which came back a very strong positive. I went to the store and got a digital test, which revealed "pregnant". Has anyone had this happen? With my daughter, I never had any bleeding during my pregnancy, so I'm a little confused. This puts me around 6.5 weeks pregnant, if my last true period was September. I have a pregnancy confirmation and sonogram, to determine gestational age, next Wednesday, but I'm so confused. Anyone have this happen (where it was a successful pregnancy, not ectopic/miscarriage? I know a girl who had her period for her entire pregnancy, but it's just never happened to me! Thanks!
Re: BFP 2 weeks after "period"?
Hello! We have a nice community here where you will find a great support system but we normally discourage one off posts like this so we don’t clutter the board, the majority of us like organization of our threads.
We try to keep our introductions all in one place so everyone can see them in the “Introduce yourself” post pinned at the top of the board. Please read the thread titled “read this first” so you can get a sense of how the board is set up and the guidelines we all try to follow.
Don't be discouraged, but you probably won't see too many replies to this thread for that reason.
This is my first time ever posting on this board and I know people get bent out of shape when you don't follow the "rules" but I just want to let you know you are not alone. Early pregnancy is a stressful time. Best wishes!!
