I will say I'm 50% correct that it's a girl and 50% correct than I am not correct, so my guess is 100% correct.
Sorry, but have patience and wait until an ultrasound tech can tell you at your anatomy scan, or if you are that impatient you can ask for a blood test that my possibly be accurate, but the only 100 percent accuracy is birth to find out the sex if your baby. You wont know the gender until your child is older
Do you know how Ramzi theory works? Assuming it's legit (which I don't believe), you need to know whether the image is reversed or not. Some ultrasound photos pull up as a mirror image. You didn't give us that information, so no one could tell you even if they wanted to.
