Last night I had a dream that I was flying on a plane that was taking me from Tahiti to Fiji to Bali. On the way to Bali I fell out of my seat. But my seat was an inflatable cushion on TOP of the airplane. So I fell and was dangling by strings from the airplane and waving my arms going “help! Help!” Then when the flight landed in Bali, the flight crew discovered that I had been dangling for hours and they gave me a refund????

I just keep having demonic dreams. I’ll never forget the vivid dream I had where DH got possessed and when I woke up he was wide eyed just looking at me. He has no recollection of being awake and looking at me which is even creepier.

Last night’s dreams included a crime caper on a ferry boat (complete with 1920s cars, twins changing costumes, a fake man overboard, a real man overboard as a distraction, and a group of schoolchildren), and a deployment on the Titanic in which I discover I’m six months pregnant (I had suspected only a little pregnant) and that I have to plan a baby shower for a friend using whatever arts and crafts I can find in the ship’s store or have people send me quickly.

Last night's dream involved hiding in this huge cave/mansion from velcioraptors who were intelligent and could talk.  We had to keep all the lights low and not make a lot of noise or they would be attracted to it.  There was more too, but this was the easiest part to explain, haha.

Oh!  And we tried to bribe the raptors by promising them all of our stash of chocolate (in this post apocalyptic world, obviously) if they stopped hunting us.

I had a dream Saturday night that this baby had SVT (supraventrical tachycardia - extremely fast heart rate) in utero too (DD had it) and the heart rate was 800bpm. Talk about a nightmare. Last night I dreamt I was hanging out with people from high school, one of who I don't care for anymore. Weird.

I had a VERY explicit dream about David Bowie a couple weeks ago. I also had one where I got drunk in the woods (while pregnant) and my mom got so mad at me that we got into a fist fight.

I keep having dreams that take place in my college years. Most of them include my college boyfriend which is so weird. Then I wake up thinking, why the heck do I keep dreaming about him?! I have to stop wondering about it so he can get the heck out of my dreams!!

I've been having extremely vivid but mundane dreams. For instance, a few nights ago I was writing a lecture in my sleep. For real. And when I woke up I actually wrote down really quick what I had been dreaming I was writing. Then last night I dreamed about my favorite bakery, which is unfortunately closed on Mondays, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to get my fix.

@lyse01 lol yes. This used to happen to me all the time in graduate school, only much less helpful. Those would be intense anxiety dreams. Maybe it's less pregnancy specific and more just my workaholic self. lol.

Most of my pregnancy dreams are extremely inappropriate. 😳 
Last night though I dreamed I was with an alien who could make me forget things. Similar to Doctor Who’s The Silence. Except not forgetting he existed, just other things. Like that I had a husband. Haha. I begged him not to make me forget I was pregnant. He agreed. He fell in love with me, and therefore made me forget my husband and made me think the baby was his. He also made me forget his original form, which was dark and scaly with tentacles, and disguised himself as human. I woke up before he seduced me which is good, as it was right on its way to becoming one of my usual pregnancy dreams. 😂

My dream last night was something along the lines of handmaids tale but way more sci-fi and the details are way too weird to relive and I would prefer not to. These pregnancy dreams are terrible! And to think they are only the beginning...

the most vividly awful dream I've had so far, I can't share here b/c it's so terrible.

but the most memorable pregnancy dream I had was during my first pregnancy:

I got pregnant in the depths of flu season & had a pretty bad cold in my first tri. I didn't take any medicine for the cold, other than theraflu, and rubbing vicks on my chest every night. I had a dream during this time, that I gave birth to a furless cat, and even nursed it, teeth and all. and even though I was cringing, and very confused, the cat latched pretty well, & and I even was like, "well, she's taking very well to the breast." when I eventually woke up, I found my calico sitting on top of me, licking the vicks off my chest.

A day or 2 before I found out about my pregnancy: I was in a massage parlor where all the tables were in open view of one another (it was basically an empty store that had beds and masseuses everywhere). I was lying on my stomach to get a back massage. As the masseuse was working on me, I noticed I was leaking milk the consistency of thick yogurt. I was so embarrassed that I was scraping it off myself as discreetly as possible but I didn't have anywhere to put it or a trash can to drop it into. A lot was coming out of me as I was lying down. I think my strong feelings of embarrassment woke me up.

The night I found out I was pregnant: I was part of a tri-country war. I was behind a wall waiting for enemies to come by. As men turned the corner, I looked in their eyes and saw their intent to kill me and I killed them first. Once I was done at that post, I found 2 other people on my country's side and we devised a secret plan to escape the warzone.

I have bad dreams often. But I consistently revert to hiding until either the danger is gone or I'm found and killed. Since becoming pregnant, I've noticed I fight in my scary dreams. It's pretty cool how mom instinct works subconsciously.

2 nights ago I dreamed that I accidently walked out of a store with merchandise without paying for it. I went back inside to pay for what I wanted and a security guard saw me and said I had to be treated as a criminal even though I came back. Then I was told I could either take that option or eat a rotten banana. I decided to eat the rotten banana, but a kind person noticed I was pregnant and ate it in my place.

I have almost walked out a store without paying for something in the past couple months so I think I'm afraid of accidently stealing in real life because of pregnancy brain.

Last night i had a dream i was the queen of England. Which is so very random.

About a week ago i had the most unfulfilling sex dream ever. Lets just say it was a solo act. Can i at least get DH or a hot stranger or something. Sheesh.

@batmama31 @kangstadt when DH and i first moved in together his cat tried to bite my nipple one night. We were laying around after having some fun and he got up and left the room for something and the cat walked in, jumped on the bed, came over to me and tried to bite it. I have been very cautious of my nudity around the cat ever since.

@thatbaintforbetty .  I'll admit, I laughed aloud at that one.  Our dog has quickly learned if we lose articles of clothing, it means he should get off of the bed, haha.

Btw. This nonsense was supposed to say that I dreamed I was getting killed in the Holocaust. It was disturbing. 

I also dreamed last night that my son basically had penguin teeth inside his mouth. I kept thinking about how terrible the orthodontist bill was going to be.

About 2 weeks ago in had a dream about this pie a friend makes every year at Thanksgiving. I told her about it and bc shes awesome, she brought me an early one 💕 plus, shes bringing more for Thanksgiving. Dreams come true!

Last night I dreamt that I quit my job and started rescuing alpacas. They were running rampant in the yard and I even let them in the house. I'm not sure if an alpaca has ever needed rescuing or where on earth this came from

Dreamed last night I showed up to the polls woefully under-informed. So I was hastily trying to research the candidates and issues on my phone while standing in line, trying to keep DD from running off, and my signal on my phone kept dropping so I couldn’t get any information. 😂 (US midterm elections are next week, for our non-US residents). Apparently all the ads and flyers are getting into my subconscious.

I dreamt last night that I was in labor! And, as this is my first, I don't know what labor pains feel like. But these were a bitch! I also learned I was having a boy in one part of the dream and a girl in the other (we are team green till birth) so that was informative lol.

I had a very vivid dream that I had a boy and we named him Jameson and called him Jamie. It’s weirding me out because I never had a dream about gender/sex or names with my previous pregnancies and up until my dream I was having strong feelings that this one was a girl. I have a pretty good sixth sense on predicting the sex of babies. I’ve been 100% with both my kids and all my cousin and friends babies over the years lol.

@blueberrymomma the wives tale says you’re having the opposite sex that you dream about, so you may be having a girl anyway. Not that wives tales are right, but I did have dreams I was having a boy with DD.

Last night I dreamt that a baby deer was following me everywhere and it attacked a bear for me and then I bought a 10 million dollar farmhouse around the block from DD’s school which had a giant tree house with three trampolines in the trees. So weird. So very very weird.

I had the most amazing dream a few nights ago where I was just hanging out watching movies with Michael B Jordan. It was that cutesy puppy love kind of hanging out and we were just really cuddly, snacking on popcorn in sweatpants, giggling with each other. I remember thinking how complicated the relationship would be since he’s so private about his love life and I’m mixed so he would catch hell for being with a “light skinned” girl lol. But really I just wanted the dream to never end and was ready for it to turn into one of my explicit pregnancy dreams. I was pretty pissed when I woke up from it before it progressed to say the least.

ETA: I have had dreams my babies were boys every time and I have all girls lol. 3 girls!

Well I had an intense dream last night. I was homeless and lost all hope. Different people in my dream that I came across would tell me how they remain hopeful whether it was through positivity, love, protecting others, and so on. There were all these flashbacks to my fake childhood where I had 5 siblings who argued with each other all the time and picked on me. I end up somehow getting lost during a family move which is how I ended up fending for myself on the streets. As an adult, I finally find my siblings who are all angry and trapped inside giant robots that have taken over the city and are fighting and destroying everything. I used the things that I learned from all the people I met along the way to defend myself against the robots, reason with them, stop the fighting, and bring back peace.

@HGRich I haven’t heard that old wives tales. I actually think it’s fun to look at old wives tales even if they are silly/cliche (FFFC or UO). Although I find I’m the opposite for most lol

I had a dream last night that kept me from enjoying my sleep. Basically it involved BDSM, scary ritualistic crap, the first one had myself and DH replaced by a reality show couple, all wrapped together in a weird sexual and disturbing scenario. I'm partially blaming me being on pelvic rest for the past 4 weeks, the 50 Shades of Grey movies I watched over the weekend, and a freaky book I read about a month ago. It was just not a good night for me.

On another note, I also dreamed I was having a boy last pregnancy and ended up having DD so it worked for me despite not believing in wives tales.

I had a dream last night that I gave birth to a fly. It was a little weird, to say the least.

Haha funny you mention that, @harveyisaboysname because in my dream I remember thinking, see, I don't need no stinking epidural! That was before I realized I'd given birth to a fly!!

I dreamt an episode is csi last night basically. It included celebrity appearances, dead bodies, forensics,  plucky side cast members, random clues and bits and of course catching the bad guy in the end right before he did it again. Not one of my favorite dreams.

@thatbaintforbetty I’ve had a few super detailed dreams with movie-like plots. So weird. 

I keep dreaming about my brother that passed in March. Bad dreams, unfortunately. 
Ive had a few really funny dreams, like my weird airplane dream. I also had a dream that DH cleaned the toilet. That was the whole dream??
