I feel like there are quite a few of us here!
**This is a check in for those who were active on the TTGP board prior to moving here**
I don’t want to be repetitive on the questions from other posts so feel free to post whatever here, just thought of a few questions to get us chatting 😁
1. How many weeks are you?
2. How long were you on TTGP?
3. How did you tell your SO you were pregnant?
4. GTKY: if money wasn’t a factor, what would be your dream job?
Re: TTGP Check- in 10/24
2. How long were you on TTGP? Lurked Nov-Dec of 17 then joined in Mar 18
3. How did you tell your SO you were pregnant? PGAL so nothing fun. Tested (he knew I was planning to) for the clotting test/asprin deal expecting BFN, went into the bedroom and said "um its positive and I'm scared"
4. GTKY: if money wasn’t a factor, what would be your dream job? I want to run/own my own fish (aquarium) store.
1. How many weeks are you? 4+6
2. How long were you on TTGP? Uh... 13 months to get to this pregnancy?
3. How did you tell your SO you were pregnant? I showed him the pregnancy test and said, "I'll guess we'll see what happens this time." We're a little jaded - PGAL here, too.
4. GTKY: if money wasn’t a factor, what would be your dream job? I'd probably want to do something part time and involving animals. I'd really love to live on a small farm.
2. How long were you on TTGP? First joined Dec ‘17. But then took a break during my benching because I was not in a good place mentally. Back after a third loss in July.
3. How did you tell your SO you were pregnant?
PGAL here as well, I just told him and showed him the test.
4. GTKY: if money wasn’t a factor, what would be your dream job? Photography

2. How long were you on TTGP? About 5 or 6 months I think
3. How did you tell your SO you were pregnant? He was on a work trip when I found out so I waited until he got home and just kinda told him.
4. GTKY: if money wasn’t a factor, what would be your dream job? Something with travelling for sure.
2. How long were you on TTGP? 4 months? But was trying for 6.
3. How did you tell your SO you were pregnant? He actually asked me before I could tell him, "So, what's today's pee-stick verdict?"
4. GTKY: if money wasn’t a factor, what would be your dream job? I'd have a small fiber farm (sheep, alpacas, etc.) and grow my own veggies.
1. How many weeks are you?
5+4
2. How long were you on TTGP?
This is where I feel a little cringey about posting. I was only there for 2 months but we’ve tried to get pregnant for 9 months. I was active on the feb ‘19 BMB. That’s how I found the TTGP board.
3. How did you tell your SO you were pregnant?
I yelled “oh s**t! What the f**k! Babe come here! Do you see this!?”
4. GTKY: if money wasn’t a factor, what would be your dream job?
a stay at home mom to biological kids and foster kids.
@prpl11butterfly @meatballs37 well, you know, that is technically a type of photography... 🤷
2. How long were you on TTGP? Lurked for one, active for about 2.5 months. 5 months of TTGKU.
3. How did you tell your SO you were pregnant? Wrapped up the pee stick in tissue paper and a pretty box, and told him it was his anniversary gift (we've been together 10 years, but October was our 1-year anniversary)
4. GTKY: if money wasn’t a factor, what would be your dream job?
I believe I get the award for starting a post and then not actually posting my updates🙄 work has been crazy this week so I’ve been trying to read and love tit and then I forget which comments I’ve made in my head only.
1. How many weeks are you? 8w1d
2. How long were you on TTGP? Started lurking jul/aug 2017, posting in sep/oct, took a posting break there while I was benched for mental health reasons.
3. How did you tell your SO you were pregnant? Another PGAL here so i just told him I had a positive test and would schedule bloodwork
4. GTKY: if money wasn’t a factor, what would be your dream job? Travel guide writer, get to see the world, eat good food, and share your experiences with others
I feel like we are missing some grads in here still though!
@eleven_ @TJtheGoat @jhems776 @klmcguire @bakerstreetboys @rallykat14
and before some of you say you don’t consider yourself a grad (which I know some will). You are!
Did I forget anybody else? My apologies, it’s such a huge group!

@nmbrcrnchr1 travel writer would be really cool. I love watching Anthony Bourdain and living vicariously through him, even though I’m not a traveler.
1. How many weeks are you? 8+3
2. How long were you on TTGP? I think April 18-Jul/Aug18. I took a break in Aug/Sep because it was stressing the BF out.
3. How did you tell your SO you were pregnant? PGAL here as well so nothing exciting. I tested in the morning before work, then just woke him up and said, “It’s positive.”
4. GTKY: if money wasn’t a factor, what would be your dream job? I would renovate houses, especially older ones that are worn down. I get so sad thinking about all those beautiful features that are being lost to time. I just couldn’t handle the uncertainty of income unless I was independently wealthy.
I’d love to renovate old houses. Especially in our neighborhood. There are some really cute ones that just need some tlc.

1. How many weeks are you? 5w6d
2. How long were you on TTGP? 6 months (2 CP)
3. How did you tell your SO you were pregnant? He actually told me. After my blood draw on Tuesday I didn't test and just started drinking again. I had one test left and we had decided maybe a 3rd wasn't right for us. SO, I assumed my period would be late with another CP, so I was all, "There is one test left in this house, might as well get rid of it." That ended with hubby getting up about 30 minutes after me, forgetting I had tested and from the bathroom I hear, "HEY BABE DID YOU TAKE A PREGNANCY TEST?" Ummmm yea I don't know why... "WELL THERE ARE 2 LINES ON THIS ONE AND ITS PRETTY DARK!"
4. GTKY: if money wasn’t a factor, what would be your dream job? I would do woodwork and make lots of pretty furniture.
@TJtheGoat that's kind of what I do in my free time--we buy (and live in) old houses that I slowly restore/fix up over time (I'm an architect and can't help myself). Don't really make much money from it, but it sure is fun!
@klmcguire I love woodworking, too! In my dream house I'd have a professional-grade woodshop, but for now I make furniture sometimes at our community woodworks, when I can find the time to go over there (it's almost an hour away, so I don't go often). What kind of stuff do you like to make?
Edit to add link. We had started a craft post in TTGP a while back, I added some pics.

1. How many weeks are you? 8
2. How long were you on TTGP? Active for 2 months
3. How did you tell your SO you were pregnant? "Do you see a line? Don't leave for work, I'm going to use a nicer test!". He didn't see it on the wondfo but did on the frer, but still said that the line was faint and let's not get excited till we test again the next day. No super cute story and basically the same as with DS haha.
4. GTKY: if money wasn’t a factor, what would be your dream job? I'd own and run a wine shop and travel to wineries to select the wines I sell. I'd have a tasting every weekend, where the community would get together.
