@thebobloblaw I know, right?!? We saw them and DH said we'd pick them up if they're still there when we came back from the orchard. There's no way they would have still been there. I insisted we stop and get them home. So glad we did!

I literally did nothing all weekend except watch tv and I don’t even feel bad about it. I did manage to get the laundry and dishes done though. This was my last weekend of freedom until the end of April. Next weekend I have a friend coming from out of state to do all the fall things and then the weekend after that my class starts. I am finishing up my BSN and have 3 classes left, which end the last week of April.

I started watching Fear the Walking Dead. I studied for the NCLEX a little. I plan on running around cleaning before my husband gets home and then I'll start dinner 😂

Oh hey! Lurking. 

Not sure if anyone remembers or not, but when I first come on this board I mentioned winning an incubator and eggs promised pics when the hatched. Well they are hatching and Miss Broody is a happy adoptive momma. 8 chicks so far! If you guys want I'll post better pics tomorrow when the rest hatch and I have better lighting!

I don't want to go to work! I seriously wish I could quit and just sleep through the rest of this 1st trimester. My head is pounding,  had another asthma attack today,  nauseous all day, freaking exhausted! Not to mention the fever from yesterday came back for a few hours today.  
Im sorry  I know when I first joined,  I said I wouldn't complain because I was just greatful that  i even got pregnant due to the endometriosis. But I've already forgotten the endo pain and this pain is all I can focus on right now.  Im a wuss!

ETA I am still incredibly grateful, though.

We finally made it to the pumpkin patch today! DS was wayyyy more into it than I thought he would be. He loved looking at all the pumpkins and picking one out. I got some tiny pumpkins to
decorate with and he kept calling them his babies. 😍 Basically, the cutest thing ever.

@expandcontract. You’re totally allowed to complain.  Pregnancy symptoms can be a real bitch, complaining about them doesn’t mean you aren’t also grateful to be pregnant.

So, last week my son's teacher sent a note home that they have the entire week of the 22nd of October off. I didn't really think much of it because I'm not currently working so it's just mildly inconvenient lol. But then tonight I was thinking about how much it's going to suck not being able to nap whenever I want to, when it dawned on me that my NCLEX falls right in the middle of his week off 😩 so now my husband's going to have to take the whole day off or if he can't, I have to reschedule 😭 what crappy timing lol

@DressageDarling that is too sweet about your DS and the little pumpkins. It reminds me of the book Sophie's Squash -- it's about a little girl who gets a butternut squash and takes care of it like a baby
