Doula for VBAC - St Johns

I am looking for doula referrals. I am attempting a VBAC for my second child and am considering hiring a doula to boost my chances of success (if that's realistic).

If anyone has experience or recommendations to share, I would appreciate it. I am due Nov. 20 and plan to give birth at St Johns in Maplewood with the Health east Midwives.
