9 days until my US, and it is like the elephant in the room that only I can see... constantly there, but I can't talk about it because no one else knows!

@spacepiraterunner 10 days until mine and time has def slowed down since I scheduled. I hate the waiting period for the first US, I think it’s worse than the tww.

Confirmation on intrauterine implantation on the 15th. I’ve done a lot of research and I’m fairly convinced it’s not ectopic so as I’ll be 6w4d I’m hoping maybe I can see a heartbeat 🤞🏼

Had my first apt yesterday. Just to go over the dos and don'ts. She took blood to check progesterone and hcg. I got back on the 24th for my us. Turns out my Dr is no longer delivering and is down to part time so I'll meet a new Dr at my next apt. Really hoping to be impressed by her, I switched to this practice because of how comfortable my Dr was with understanding my medical history .

First US is on the 25th. We are praying that there is only one healthy baby with a heartbeat. I mean,  what are the odds of having a multiples pregnancy again? Pretty low one would think.

I had an ultrasound already to confirm intrauterine pregnancy and I’ll have another one in 8 days to *hopefully* see a heartbeat! The waiting is the worst.

@dntstpbelieveing such a bummer that you have to switch doctors. Hope you like this new one as much as your previous one.

My aunt has 5 kids, with twins being in the middle, so anecdata says you should be good! 😁 (My job is in research...sorry for the nerd joke; sometimes I can't help myself)

My 6 w u/s is a week from today (the 16th). Thinking about it gives me so much anxiety.

@harrierwife OMG Tricare is the worst!!! I used to work in the base hospital and I still  had to fight to get seen.

@harrierwife **dirty lurker here** if you haven't switched already, I would consider the switch to tricare standard from Prime. It will cost a little more out of pocket (nothing crazy) but might be worth it because you have a lot more flexibility in providers etc. My SIL did it when they had their LO in Louisiana.

@chichiphin - We've been thinking about it. We're currently on Prime because the base here is so small that we all get referred into town anyway. I just wish they weren't so incompetent.

Well blood draw didn't go good. My progesterone isn't getting high enough to sustain a pregnancy. I am tested this morning and got a negative after 3 positive days. I am just heartbroken and sad because DAMN THIS WAS A GOOD BMB haha!

For real though, I am back to the TTGP board. Wishing you all the best and will be stalking all you TTGP ladies! H&H 9 months to all!

I got my referral in just in time for the servers at Navy Medical HQ in Pensacola to go down. Now I have to wait two weeks for my referral letter in the (snail) mail before I can call for an appointment.

@harrierwife can you call and schedule the appt and have letter in hand by that day? Seems like a reasonable arrangement to me.

Went in yesterday for a blood draw...not because I "needed" it, but because I'm nervous after my last miscarriage. Not sure how long it will take to get those results. I have my first ultrasound scan scheduled for 11/9.

I have a baby in my Ute!!!! US went great. The tech was the same one from my Ectopic so she quickly showed me my baby (and only one 😁) in the right place. Measuring right on track and had a HB of 122 which I got to see and hear ❤️ They told me I could come back in a few weeks for another US if that would make me feel better so next appointment is Nov 1. Thank you all for the thoughts/prayers. Today was so nerve-wracking but I feel a huge weight has been lifted!
