Mutliple FET failure * BFP mentioned looking for recommendation for new RE NY/NJ

Hi Everyone, 
I'm reaching out the best resource I've found during our IVF journey--all of you!   I'm at my wits end with my RE RMANJ, which is now IVIRMA.  I used RMA NJ my first time around and am blessed to have my son as a result.  I will forever be grateful for him and my RMA nurse for getting me through that first time around. However, since we began this journey to have my son 2 and a half years ago,  it seems RMA has changed dramatically.  Many doctors have left,  i'm dissatisfied with the lack of interest of the doctors and I just feel like because this is my second time around and I've now had multiple FET failures,  i'm not a priority anymore.  I feel RMA genuinely doesn't care about helping me anymore and I just get stuck in any slot with any doctor at any time that's good for RMA.  I'm frustrated and honestly it's getting me a little depressed.   I am wondering if any of you have any advice guidance or recommendations for another RE in the northern new jersey or NYC area.
