Just had my best workout week in a while. Nothing new or exciting but did manage a cardio/weight class, spin, and running this week. No modifications needed yet (except slowing down the sprints) so that felt good. I really want to add back in my hot yoga class (80-90 degrees, not Bikram, don't worry!) but I just don't have the space in my schedule for their class times right now. Maybe soon.
I've been ok with eating... really want to try to increase my vegetables... my eating habits are terrible so I have pretty much nothing to contribute to this section.
