Failure to respond to IVF meds

I’m looking for some insight because right now, I am pretty frustrated. We are on our very first IVF cycle, and I have been on Gonal-F and LH for six days now. My body is just refusing to do anything. My follicles are few, and small. The doctor upped my LH shot, and now they increased my Gonal shot. I’m starting to think it’s too little too late and that this is probably going to be a failure. This is our last attempt at having children, after 5 years of struggle. Has anyone had a similar response? Are there any stories of sudden improvements out there that can maybe give me
more hope?

Same thing happened to me. I had follicles but they just didn’t seem to be growing like hey wanted. My RE doubled my Menopur and tripled my Gonal. Not the cheapest option but we did end up getting 15 eggs 12 being mature.
