Donating plasma while breastfeeding

Hi all!
I know this question has been addressed before, but I just want to ask one more time. I want to donate plasma for a little extra money while we are saving for a house.

I am not worried about drinking enough water- I'm more worried about the saline and such that the center gives back to each donor after a plasma donation. Is there anything in the saline that could get into my milk?
