Re: SCH Support Check in 8/14
How large is your SCH? I had an appointment last week and the SCH was smaller at about 1 cm and had moved up. I learned I have a retroverted ute and as it grew and straightened out it the SCH was pushed up. Hopefully that means its resolving.
Have you had any bleeding/spotting? Thankfully I haven't had any bleeding or spotting but I had expected to!
Do you have any restrictions or treatment recommendations? I'm still on restrictions which is frustrating. All of a sudden I just want to have all the sex..hormones + being told you can't!
Anything else you'd like to share? Not really..

How large is your SCH? at 6 weeks it was covering 50% on the placenta no id thea now. Scan in Friday.
Have you had any bleeding/spotting? we t away at 8 weeks came back at 11. It's not bad just old blood but it is persistent
Do you have any restrictions or treatment recommendations? they didnt recommend any the specialist at the hospital couldn't see any benefit. While spotting I have put myself on pelvic rest
Anything else you'd like to share? nope
SCH was initially 4.4x2.9 cm. My last scan was Friday and it had bled out completely!
I’ve been bleeding (red then brown, now brown with stringy pieces of the clot) for the past 4.5 weeks. I still have big gushes of brown blood every couple of days. But my doctor isn’t worried since she couldn’t see the SCH anymore.
Im tentatively off pelvic rest. Still easing back into things slowly. We haven’t had sex yet because I’m still bleeding and feel disgusting, but we could in theory.
I was just so relieved to have had the knowledge that it could bleed out after my first big bleed. I would have been so afraid about all the garbage coming out of my body if I didn’t know that it could bleed out. I’m still so anxious though. Even when I sweat too much I feel like I need to run to the bathroom to make sure I’m not bleeding. I still wear a liner every day and a pad every night, and think I probably will for a long time.

How many weeks are you? 13 weeks
How large is your SCH? not sure right now, last scan where it was measured was at 11weeks and it was about 2x2 and down about 50% from its peak, so I was happy. I don't have another appt until 15 weeks and I'm hoping they will at least do the portable U/S so we can see if its still there. I am on pelvic rest, but would also just like to make sure its going away.
Have you had any bleeding/spotting? I really haven't so while I'm hoping its reabsorbing, I'm worried its just hanging out there.
Do you have any restrictions or treatment recommendations? Pelvic rest and no heavy lifting. At least I haven't had to mow the lawn this summer
Anything else you'd like to share? i am debating calling the nurse to see if I should just schedule an official scan to check on it...

How large is your SCH?
Just under 6cm in length, unsure of other dimensions
Have you had any bleeding/spotting?
Yes. This started right after I had chorionic villus sampling (CVS, an early genetic test) at 12 weeks. My water broke (healed itself) and I had bleeding for the next week and a half. No bleeding for a few days, but now I have very light spotting when I wipe after urinating. I just had an US at 14weeks and the SCH is the same size. I go back at 16weeks and pray that it is smaller. It is not on my cervix but right next to it which is very uncomfortable.
Do you have any restrictions or treatment recommendations?
I am on modified bed rest and also pelvic rest. I have tried to be up and about more but so far this has just resulted in cramping and bleeding so for now I still spend most of the day laying down. My recommendation, listen to our bodies
