Hello All! We are planning for FET in early October. I just wanted to reach out to see if anyone had any advice or thoughts on what I can start doing now to prepare? I read a great book recently on what to do to improve egg quality, but haven't found any good sources on what to do to prepare for FET. Does anyone have any good books or articles that they have found? Thank in advance!

The thing I found most helpful for me was watching comedy shows - laughter is a great way to unwind. On the day of my FET I got home after and watched comedy shows for 2-3 hours! It was great!
I did the same during the tww - I would watch 5min here, 10min there of comedy acts on YT.
Good luck, sticky thoughts and baby dust to you!
