newton wovenaire mattress?

We are trying to figure out what mattress to buy and i have been trying to find the most non-toxic safe mattress you can find. Looking online it seems the newton has tons of great reviews and markets itself as a very breathable mattress that does not need sheets or a waterproof mattress pad. I am wondering if this would be a pain the middle of the night if the baby wets the crib ? If we don't have a backup newton cover (which is expensive) what would we do if the baby wets the bed? Could we quickly clean up the mess and put baby back to sleep or would it definitely need to be changed? Any suggestions for anyone that has one would be appreciated. We also plan on using the muslin crib sheets they recommended too.
