Didn't see one yet for this week so decided to start it off. Did we mention in a previous ticker change that we were gonna stop these? Sorry if we did... I must have missed it.

Re: Sunday Ticker Change 8/5
Public school starts again tomorrow so traffic is gonna get really bad again. Tomorrow I gotta leave an hour earlier if I hope to skip traffic. I hope I don't have to stay as late as I have been. Last week working 14hr days was exhausting.
5. GTKY: What is your favorite baby shower game or do you think they are silly and not worth the time?
I love the game where you have old baby pics of the mom-to-be and her family and you try to guess who is who. I love looking at old photos.
My least favorite game is having people drink from a NB bottle and whoever finishes first is the winner. That game is so hard!
Nope!

It has been a really long time since I have been to a shower so no opinion really.

I told MH that I want next weekend off with zero plans... the past 3 weekends aside from the "normal" 3 hr one-way drive just to pick up/drop off M, we've done a 2+ hr one-way drive doing other things. Door County with his parents, then Green Bay to see my mom, and then to Green Bay area again to visit MHs g-ma and uncle. I enjoy seeing and doing things but I am exhausted.
Also MH gave baby a new nickname this weekend. She's now Drax the Destroyer

The melted chocolate diaper thing is pretty disgusting. And I hate the whole guess how big the tummy is thing.

How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 25 weeks, napa cabbage
Overall, feeling good. Not sleeping well though so frequently tired with some back pain. My nausea has been coming back too but no vomitting.
Yes , today actually!
Pregnancy related- still have complete previa with a couple episodes of bleeding- starting to get a little nervous and really keeping my fingers crossed we can make it to 37 weeks, which is when they want to do a scheduled c section.
Not pregnancy related- we have a 5month old lab mix, she is the sweetest thing and really a great puppy. whenever I'm alone with her shes starting to be aggressive towards me. we dont have this problem with anyone else including strangers but it's starting to get really hard to relax and just be away from her safely. we are looking into behavior classes since I dont think it's a training thing because she listens to everyone else really well. it's just really frustrating and I'm starting to get really nervous to have the baby around her.
5. GTKY: What is your favorite baby shower game or do you think they are silly and not worth the time?
I love all activity games because they are so fun to watch. We just saw one lately where people had to use toilet paper to dress another person like a baby, it was super entertaining. I'm not a huge fan of the guess how big the belly is either.
2. How are you feeling? Heartburn is awful and nausea has reappeared. What the heck?!?
3. Any appts this week? Not really. I failed the one hour gd test so I have to do the three hour test but I’m waiting till next week when my four year old starts preschool again. No way I’m trying to sit at the lab three hours with her.
4. Rants/raves/questions? Eh... I got nothing.
5. GTKY: I hate baby shower games. With a passion, lol.
5. GTKY: What is your favorite baby shower game or do you think they are silly and not worth the time? I hate baby showers and their games.
1. How many weeks are you? What size is baby?
26 weeks, kale
Exhausted, sciatic pain, more frequent contractions
I did an elective u/s yesterday at my doctor's office and baby was measuring over 2lbs!
I'm exhausted with moving (and we're not even doing most of the packing/moving). They only sent 2 movers to our house to pack one day and load the next. Well today is day two and they still have a ways to go. I'm annoyed we won't have hardly any time to clean the house before we leave tomorrow morning which means it will cost even more to pay for someone to clean it. One of the guys has been on his phone all morning not working near as hard as the other... frustrating. Also I was having contractions pretty frequently this morning (every 8-10 min) but chugging water has seemed to help. I think the stress, lack of sleep, etc is really catching up to me. DS has also been acting out which I expected with so much going on and him not getting as much attention as usual. I can't wait to get moved and a little settled.
5. GTKY: What is your favorite baby shower game or do you think they are silly and not worth the time?
I'm not a huge fan overall, I'd rather just socialize with the mom to be and guests.
