Does the nausea really go away in the 2nd trimester?

I'll be 12weeks tomorrow and I'm so happy cuz I'm praying my nausea, fatigue, bitter taste in mouth, hatred for sweets and many other foods goes away! Really, will it??

For most it does but some women unfortunately continue with it or returns later on.

And to add on, 2nd tri is not a light switch. It may take several weeks to taper off.
