Here’s my 6 year old corgi! She looks at me like this when I stop petting her. Also, don’t judge my ugly blanket, we got it as a gift and it’s so comfortable.
This is my fur creature Renzo, also known as Furface the Carpetmonster. He sheds like nobody’s business, is scared of spiders, large objects, and his own shadow, and he follows me around from room to room like a nervous lapdog. I love him so much more than is sane or reasonable.
Here are my babies, Finch (brown) and Robin (black). Robin has untreatable cancer and isn't doing very well right now, so this is a picture from last summer in the Appalachians, when she looked much healthier. Finch's ridiculous energy has not waned one bit since this picture.
These are my sweet babies. Kali (dog) is somewhere over 10 and Chloe is 14. They both have terminal cancer but are hanging in. I’ve had my Kali since way before my husband and she is my heart. Loves babies and kids more than any dog I’ve met and I’m excited for her to get her own little human.
This is our lil Winston. He’s an absolute terror but he and DS are BEST friends. He was a hurricane pup that we rescued last September when he was a few months old. When he came home with us he had canine flu, kennel cough and a bacterial infection, so we spent a lottttt of time getting to know the emergency vets and our regular vet in the early days to try to save him. He’s the wildest little guy now who is so protective and tolerant of his baby.
These are my little fur balls. Longhair, English cream and shaded cream miniature dachshunds. They are pains in my butt and the most spoiled brats but I love them anyway.
This is Monty. We got him from the humane society a year and a half ago. He's a 12 lb ball of energy but also a cuddlebug and he looooves his people (and he'd call a lot of people 'his').
We have a dog (Britain) and cat (Josie). Brit is more like a cat. She’s small and loves to cuddle. She also follows DS around- though she is definitely more cautious now that he is on the go and more energetic the last few months. I adopted both of them from shelters and ❤️ them
These are “the ladies” as DD calls them - Alpha and Beta. My FIL got them for DD in March. They love watermelon and mangoes, really anything other than thier feed. They were molting when we took this pic hence why they look slightly delapitated. They may not be furry but they are the only pets we have!
Is it bad if a pet owner who is also a parent has no recent photos of their pets? Asking for a friend...
For real, though, I don’t even have a bajillion photos of my kids TBH.
And oldie but a goodie. Freyja is our dachshund, she’s 8. Harry (his legal name is King Harald after King Harald the Fairhair) is out Basset and he’s 5.
Dont get a puppy puppy and get pregnant. That’s what we did with harry. We got him and I got pregnant a month later. Nightmare.
This is our 6 year old Count, he is a hound shepherd mix. He is a pretty lazy dog for the most part, but does enjoy a nice walk and prancing around the backyard. He is super sweet to out DD, even though she is not so sweet to him all the time. He has been so caring to her since before we brought her home from the hospital, so we call him the good "mommy."
Meet Angel! She’s a 15 (we think) year old retired office cat. She lived full time in my office for over a decade, when I started my job she immediately bonded with me and eventually my boss told me I should take her home. Our previous cat had just passed away, so I did! She’s lived with us for a year and a half and everything in our home is covered in fur. Seriously, send help.

I have no fur babies and I love dogs but my building doesn’t allow them. . BUT I am kitten sitting for my aunt who is away on vacation...here is Lulu who seems to enjoy hanging in my bathtub
This is my favorite picture of my dog. She's about 12. We adopted her a couple of years ago. She has a love/hate relationship with my rambunctious LO but she's a sweet, very hungry old girl.
This is our 1 yearold rescue kitty Isobel. She is attached to me 99.9% of thetime now that I'm pregnant and has no sense of personal space. She's the sweetest, most tolerant, and the most talkative cat I've ever met.
Our RainbowBaby H arrived at 37 weeks on 12/20/16!

These are my 4 rescues! Ollie (orange) and izzy (tortie) are my cats that I've had for 10 years since I adopted them as babies. Sadie (front) and Lexi are our rescue pups that we adopted last June. The siblings are at war with the other species, so it keeps life interesting! I obviously have issues separating siblings, so I never can adopt just one!
This is Kooza. She's 4, rescued at 6mos. She is a husky lab mix, so high energy and loves cold. We were told she would be around 65lbs...she's 85. Loves DD but still working on realizing how big she is compared to DD. We're house hunting and a yard w. Fence is high on the list. She has serious hops and cleared a 4ft fence from a sit to go say hi to the neighbors dog, so a real fence is a must.
