I have itchy bumps on the underside of my belly. I think it's PUPPPs, a type of pregnancy rash (I spoke to a nurse at my provider's office today, and she agreed). The only thing not consistent with PUPPPs about it is that the bumps are not red. It is really itchy and annoying! Ugh! Has anyone else had this?
@iba34 I've had these in the upper part of my stomach for several months. They were a nuisance at the time because I had several different symptoms at once, but now I barely notice them. My bumps aren't red either. I found they burned more when I put lotion on them. I also notice them more when I've been out and about and become even the slightest bit sweaty. I would suggest to try to keep the area dry.
I've been having some bh off and on. Not a lot of pain. More energy than I've had in months. Concentrating on eating/drinking more high calorie stuff to help with gaining some weight. Also getting some decent rest. I have noticed a decrease in movement over the past couple of weeks from Polly. Also increased charlie horses.
@smsaulino Thanks for the advice. Now that I think about it, the other thing that coincided with the emergence of the bumps was that I was wearing a pregnancy support belt more, and it does hit that exact area. (And in the heat, that results in warmth/moisture.)
Joint pain is increasing and my joints that have given me problems in the past are swollen - can’t tell if it’s from overdoing it (cleaning, furniture building, always on the GO) this far in pregnancy or if these are extra intestinal symptoms of a crohn’s flare. Definitely improved today with some RICE, so hoping it’s the former.
@Patience7150@stothi I'm so freaking mad that my drivers license is due for renewal in September. Why do I have to tell them my weight and take a new picture when I'm a million months pregnant?!?!?!
Omg @nlc8424 I thought it was bad when I needed to take new work photos at 3 months...But a driver's license!!!?! So much cringe for you, I'm sorry! You'll get to remember this beautiful state for like...The next five years.

I just had to renew my drivers license a couple weeks ago. Thankfully my picture didn't end up terrible and they don't put weight on our license in our state. I always thought that was weird to do - height yea, but weight? That can change a lot so it seems strange to put it as a data point.

Definitely just put your prepregnancy weight. But they probably won't let you use your old photo.
AFM- I am thiiiiiiis close to caving on the craving to eat a stick of butter. I don't want it on toast. I don't want to eat cake or something buttery flavored. I'm just wanting to gobble down a stick of butter. I seriously googled "butter snacks" last night trying to think of anything other than just eating plain butter
And a milkshake. I would love to have a chocolate milkshake right now.
I'm craving all the high calorie, high fat food today. Which...I guess isn't terrible...but BUTTER?!
@nackie I need to change my address on my license and I'll probably switch from a regular to a real or enhanced ID, which all requires me to go in. My current license is only 4 years old since I changed my name after getting married, but apparently that doesn't restart the timeline. So yup, will state prepreg weight and ask to use old picture. Oh well if they say no.
@DanyTargaryen BAHAHAHA! I caved. I ate like 2 tbsp of butter.
I'm looking at Keto fat bomb recipes to keep in the freezer for the next time this hits because I've got a major mental block on the idea of just eating butter. But butter or coconut oil mixed with different stuff and frozen doesn't have the same block?
@Patience7150 Girl i feel you. I met with a friend a couple days ago and she always insists on taking pictures before we leave (shes been like this since high school) and I had to take the picture about 7 times before I was like screw this..let the chin be free! I feel like my face is more..plump? Lol.
@knitknitread I used to cut pieces of butter from the stick and eat it as a kid...I haven't had the urge to eat it now though lol.
My ankles have been swelling more when I am doing things around the house or at work and my daughter loves to put her butt in my ribs recently so that has been uncomfortable but a new symptom is my H is complaining about how bad my snoring has become! He said this morning "If I dont fall asleep before you then it's game over." Oooops lol I have been sleeping a little better recently.. Q- Have any of you ladies been looking into or done freezer meals for after baby is born?
My hormones and attitude are ridiculous right now. BIL made an asshole comment to me over the weekend regarding my weight. I should have just gone after him but instead giggled and politely walked away. My poor husband got my wrath when he tried to defend him.
@knitknitread Is it the texture or the flavour you're craving? What about eating super buttery popcorn?

@lisac113 I almost never take it out on the person making asshole comments about my weight. Instead I rant about them to DH and here. Although I probably should respond more often. The one time I did, she stopped making comments about it
Anyone having contractions yet? I went in today because I had them off and on for 12 hours and was told I had an irritable uterus. They’ve been absolutely miserable the past few days
@ninnyjean Yup. I know it's weird to say, but you get use to them. I've had them for about three weeks now. Today was a good day with "just" 60, but 70-100 is fairly normal in a day for me at this point. Drinking my Calm (magnesium drink), taking a hot bath and then lying down for a bit sometimes helps if my core is getting really tired. Sorry you're dealing with this too.
@knitknitread in my mind I am picturing you just biting into a stick of butter. Very interesting craving. Is there anything else you can eat to satisfy the craving? Like @Starla said popcorn? Or maybe toast or a biscuit with butter?
@SkilledSailor sorry you’re having them too! I never had any BH or uterine contractions until my water broke with DD1 so was so confused with these. Hoping they’ll slow down!
@NinnyJean I had them every 10 min for 3 weeks before my son was born, but they started at 32 weeks, so preemie.
This time they waited until 34 weeks to start, hoping we get another 3 weeks, but yeah, like 100 per day, everyday. Losing sleep because contractions.
General rule of thumb is to call your doctor if you're having more than 4 an hour when you're before 37 weeks, in order for doctor to check you over and make sure it's braxton hicks and not pre term labor. I got the lung steroid shot this time too after my previous preemie had breathing complications.

@knitknitread Our state fair is starting in a week and I just thought of you. We have one of the largest state fairs in the country, and lots of food comes with it. One option is fried butter. How does that sound? I rarely indulge in all the "fried options" they have, such as a deep fried bacon wrapped hot dog, fried oreo, etc. I usually stick with a corn dog and then this amazing ice cream stand that has peppermint ice cream sandwiches that are delightful. I am skipping it this year due to the heat and not have tolerance for people around me.
@nackie yes, the story of my life! I need to learn to speak up when asshole comments are made, or at least not take them out on my husband.
I think I am getting a yeast infection again. Ugh! It is just raw and red down there. I rarely get the massive discharge, TMI, it is just "wet" down there. I just refilled the RX cream my doctor gave me but may hold off a day or two to make sure this is what it actually is.
I am so grumpy today. Like rage grumpy. Have the morning free to get a few things done and am just far to grumpy and pregnant feeling to do any of it so I’m just wasting the morning. And now grumpy at myself for that. Desperately need to scrub the bathtub but can’t bring myself to bend over to do it!
Also the nighttime leg cramps that still hurt in the morning can eff right off!
Super tired today. I have so much to do with my last day of vacation, but for now I just had the most glorious nap... <img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/5020794/uploads/editor/4e/f67cbh07y40m.gif" alt="">
@chillmama1518 have you tried a magnesium supplement for the leg cramps? I had them so so bad last time and it was so miserable. This time I'm freaking religious about my magnesium supplement, banana and watered down Gatorade every single day and I've had like 2 tiny mild cramps so far and that's it. You'd think I work for the company how much I'm promoting Calm, but I feel like it's saving me this pregnancy so I have to give it another shout out.
+1 to avoiding cleaning tub and shower in the last week or so. They both need it, but it hurts so much. I've managed dishes and toilet every other day pretty much if not every day (my nose has gone extra crazy and I can't stand the smell of the toilet just using it, and I also have to use it for cloth diapers).
Begging husband to take the 20 min to get tub and shower (2 separate bathrooms).
