Can I possibly be having a miscarriage

Hello. This is my 3rd pregnancy, I am 10wks 3 days and as of last week I’ve lost all pregnancy symptoms. I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma, two cyst (one on each ovary) and fibroids. Last week I had sharp pains on my left side and terrible lower back pains. I haven’t bled but am nerves I may have had a miss miscarriage. Has anyone gone through anything similar and the baby was ok? Freaking out.

Personally, I would not be comfortable saying one way or another based on what you are describing. I would urge you to go to the doctor and have an ultrasound done to check on the baby.

I have had two missed miscarriages, and there were absolutely no signs that anything was wrong.  I still had symptoms.  With my first, my nausea had eased, but I was also 14 weeks along, so that was more likely why.
