Progesterone Support

I am starting Progesterone vaginal inserts later this cycle. I heard I should expect leaking, plus sore boobs and constipation. Anyone have any tips?

    no tips per se, but the thing that stinks about progesterone is that it can mimic pregnancy symptoms like whoa.  i have had morning nausea and hot flashes as well as the leaking and sore boobs.  Haven't had the constipation.  Anyway, try your best not to symptom-spot, since progesterone muddies those waters.  GL to you.

    Make sure to lay down for about 20 minutes after. That helps with the leaking and keeping it all in there. 
    TTC 4 years. 7 failed IUI's with either Clomid, Femara and/or Trigger Shots. Started IVF journey in February 2017. Polyps removed in May. 1st IVF Transfer September 26th. BFP. Expected due date 6/14/18. Baby boy born 5/25/18 at 6 lb 9 oz. My bundle of joy.

    Start taking probiotics and fiber supplements...they help a lot on the constipation part! I've been on PIO for weeks...at 1st it wasn't fun, but now things are back to normal. I religiously take them both nightly :)

    It's been a lot better to take them at night for me. I wear a pad and it helps catch the pinkish gel color that leaks back out overnight. Definitely expect symptoms like @wishing-and-hoping said. Mine so far are mostly nausea, dizziness, and headaches.
