Im 9wks into my 2nd pregnancy. I am nauseous all day everyday regardless of how much, how little or how often i eat. I have two distinctive sharp pains near my left hip bone that occur off and on throughout the day, and so exhausted no matter how much sleep i get. These symptoms are way more intense then i had the first time around.
On top of it i got a postive pregnancy test 6 days before missed period and it was positive in seconds of setting the test down. It happend to be fathersday when i took the test and told my husband.
An hour later we saw two storks fly over our house.
Last week we had Chinese food for dinner. We have this thing where one of us holds both fortune cookies in our hands and the other picks which one they want. My husband was holding them and i chose the cookie. It has two cookies in one wrapper.
Two days ago after it rained my husband saw a rainbow and when i looked i said no there is a double rainbow.
I go in this week for an exam, blood test and doppler, but have to wait 2 more weeks for an ultrasound.
Am i crazy to read into these signs?

This one day at work a coworker came in with two black eyes, and my husband decided to have two beers one night instead of his usual one. Also, my dad caught two trouts when fishing and I almost got hit by two cars in one day while crossing the road. My ultrasound still showed one baby ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

ETA - possible flutters, even?!
Signs of twins: two babies in ultrasound with two distinct heartbeats.
Although, maybe you should double down at the casino the next time you go and test your doubles luck! That would certainly convince me.
oh wait.
Also, my hcg was through the roof and I had a positive pregnancy test at 7dpo, still one baby. Only an ultrasound will tell
Secondly, OP, definitely trust all of those signs and not the OB. They have no clue what they’re talking about and they don’t know how to read an US. When you go into labor, make sure they go back in search for the second baby if only one decides to make an appearance. If they leave it in there, your womb will be forever inhabitated and you don’t want to turn into the lady still carrying an elementary student in a few years!
