Bladder pain (no UTI) 10 weeks

Anyone else have EXTREME bladder pain? If I am up for more than an hour my uterus feels like it’s crushing my bladder! I’m an active person and this is driving me crazy.

If you have a retroverted uterus it’s quite painful as it flips to a more forward position. I had it last pregnancy and I swore I had a UTI
