Has anyone had this confusing experience?

Ive taken 3 First Response tests that where positive and a digital Clear Blue that said Pregnant 1-2 which adds up with dates (all taken a week ago). I’m about 12 days late for my period as of today.
Went to the dr a week ago and had negative pee test then a low positive (12) hcg blood test. They said the level could be low due to being early.
A week and a few days later back to dr and still negative pee test. More blood drawn so waiting for the call tomorrow. It feels like a long wait till tomorrow lol But wondering if others have had this happen? Is this what a chemical pregnancy is with really low HCG?
