Partial placental abruption and low amniotic fluid

Has anyone ever been told they had a possible placental abruption and low amniotic fluid at 20 weeks and gone on to have a normal pregnancy/healthy baby? I have an SCH so I’m not as concerned about the placental abruption/bleeding as I am the low amniotic fluid.
