Hi I have signs of endometriosis/inflammation so I had cut down gluten(wheat)/dairy/soy from my diet for approx 2.5 months (in other words, followed endo diet) before I started FET treatment. I have not been tested with celiac disease and have been having wheat since my childhood. Not sure what exactly worked but I am 7 weeks now. However now I am craving for gluten food now and can't resist as I am badly hungry all the time. I intend to go back to Endo diet again. Does anyone have similar experience and no problems in delivering baby or any other health issues?
@kandos I have no experience, but you may want to ask the PAIF board. Since most here are still going thru treatments, but the PAIF boards will be full of girls with similar situations as you :-)

I’m big in the endo diet and during pregnancy - indulge a bit! The diet is an anti inflammatory diet. During pregnancy there’s no period so that’s one less painful thing to worry about. In terms of general pain, it was very low during and somewhat returned once my period returned (although I had the Mirena put in and my periods/pain is minimal) Overall, it was more the intolerance I had built towards the foods I cut out. Also not straying much keeps your diet health, keeping you health and not gaining unnecessary weight. I have never returned to red meat & dairy. I’ll cut the rest again very soon as I’d like to try again when my son is 18m in Feb. No problems, this is the one time we can live normally - let yourself! Join PAIF when you are ready! PM me if you have more questions.
