How far along are you? 25 weeks! How are you feeling these days? Generally doing pretty good! i know i'm going to slow down significantly on August, so just trying to be efficient with the energy i currently have. Any health concerns or worries? Questions? So my pelvis is splitting apart, which isn't cool. It's not a huge surprise as i had the same issue last pregnancy, but its just super uncomfortable. I'm seeing a chiropractor and doing yoga, but nothing is really bringing much relief at the moment. Any wacky ideas for dealing with SPD? I might start looking in acupuncture.... What is something you hope to accomplish this month? Must. think. about. baby names. I hate this part, as my husband and i have very different ideas about names, so we just avoid it until the last minute, and it will be a battle to the bitter end. I wish the baby just came out with an assigned name, lol.
How far along are you? 23 weeks How are you feeling these days? Mostly feeling good. Love feeling baby daily. I know he's still not head down because I can feel him kicking my butt!! (literally lol). I'm giving him some time to flip before I start spinning babies exercises. Any health concerns or worries? Questions? I've got this low lying placenta in the back of my mind and just hoping it moves upward. My whole birth plan is going to change drastically if not. What is something you hope to accomplish this month? Move into an apartment, buy furniture, and get the ball rolling on getting ready for back to school routines and new baby prep!
Also baby name. We have two possibilities but not 100% sold on either. We have a kid named "David" DH wants something unique and cool for baby boy #3. I keep telling him we can't do two traditional names and then go all crazy with #3. Well we can, but I don't want to! He doesn't want anymore biblical names but it's hard when you went as traditional as DAVID lol
How are you feeling these days? Most of the time pretty great until I'm not. Being 3 years older this time and it being summer is making this much harder!
Any health concerns or worries? Questions? Not really, other than feeling like I took my easy pregnancy and delivery for granted last time and have moments of panic about things going differently this time like LO not being head down or something
What is something you hope to accomplish this month? Oh Boy! So much! I've been feeling the nesting coming on but been resisting. In the next week we're getting a new bedroom set delivered to move DD and SD into the same bedroom so LO can have DD's room/crib. Telling 2 year old DD that shes getting bunk beds has lead to her asking when they're coming 629 times in the last 24 hours. This weekend we're going shopping for their new bedding and decor. I've also been gathering lists of meal prep ideas to freeze and stuff we need to pick up for the baby.
@tropical1982 - when do you get a recheck on the placenta location? I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!!
@ 28 weeks, so 5 more weeks. Then again at 32 weeks if needed. The sooner the better. Pelvic rest sucks - mostly when I go grocery shopping and I want to put one (or both) kids into the basket and I know I'm not supposed to lift 50lbs. No sex I'm fine with but lifting and moving is tough when you're a mom with a list of a million things to do.

I feel you, I had 2 awesome pregnancies (EDD Feb & May) so I wasn't "big" in the summer months. This is for the birds - I highly do not recommend fall/winter babies lol. I am so hot all the time. AC is as low as the rest of the family tolerates and I'm still running fans next to me because I'm hot all the time. Heat makes me irritable which then makes me snap at the kids or DH - but it's just me being uncomfortable and cranky. Really scared for menopause now.
This pregnancy is also so different, I'm afraid the l&d will be different also and that can only mean not good since I had awesome experiences before. If any doubt before, this is definitely my last child.
How are you feeling these days? Big! And the baby has had some really strong kicks, it's kind of crazy. Otherwise, not as great a 2nd tri as it was my DS & DD, but I'm not too bad either.
Any health concerns or worries? Questions? Not really, thankfully!
What is something you hope to accomplish this month? Last month we almost finished up a project in our master bedroom - I'd like to get the finishing touches done the next few weeks and end it! And since the baby will be sharing a room with DD, I have started rearranging things and adding some 'boy' decorations. I realize that the kids don't know the difference and that it mostly to alleviate my own guilt, but whatever. I'd like to have that stuff squared away too.
One another thing I wanted to accomplish this month was to get my leave of absence and work from home paperwork all set up. My job is a pain about it, but my boss said it was OK. So now I have to push along HR, IT and my DR's office for paperwork and set-ups. I'm a little antsy about it because it would be nice to be home one or two days a week.
Oh and next week we are going to switch my Rav4 for a minivan, I wanted to get the car stuff squared away this month too.
How are you feeling these days? Awful, extremely uncomfortable and super crabby. Hip and back pain makes it hard for me to want to take my older kids out. Any health concerns or worries? SPD SUCKS! I'm in pain quite often though not yet as severe as my last pregnancy. I signed up for PT, but my husband got into a car accident last weekend so we're down to one car. The insurance is being a pain to deal with so I'm desperate to get a second car to make sure I can get to all my appointments.
Questions? None right now.
What is something you hope to accomplish this month? Ugh ordering a few more loose dresses. Being plus size it's hard finding maternity clothes, but I found a seller on etsy that I can customize some summer caftans for around the house. I'm already about as big as I was in my 9th month last time. Things that fit last time won't make it to the end this time. I also told my husband we need to start thinking of spreading out our purchases for baby slowly but surely over the next 3 months. Finally we need to pin down a name for a boy and girl since we're team green. Like someone else mentioned my husband and I also have different ideas when it comes to names and the fact that we have to come up with 2 this time is really stressing me out.
