nothing this week- but next week starts the twice a week AFI/NSTs- so it's about to become really busy

    Rants/Raves/Questions?
Rant: moving sucks - i'm so thankful we have all month to do this slowly. Also, i miss my fruit ticker... why did the bump take that away  :'(
Rave: we put together the bassinet and stroller last night! now i need to watch some youtube videos about the stroller lol

GTKY: What is your favorite way to relax?
when not pregnant: gym time, swimming or hiking are my favorite activities to relax and unwind

Any additional monitoring or testing this week? We're doing the 2x NST and fluid monitoring. So far baby girl seems to have the routine backwards - she is super active and wiggly during the u/s which is great for her BPP but not so great for getting fluid measurements and then falls asleep during the NST. They need to see 2 accelerations during the NST and my sleepy little peanut needs to be woken up every time. So lots of ice water and rolling back and forth to wake her up means that the NST takes forever each time.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Just above - not really a rant but I would really love to not have to be at the hospital for an hour+ 2x a week. Plus it's hot.

GTKY: What is your favorite way to relax? Non-pregnant Bubbles likes running or a nice long road trip pretty much anywhere. Pregnant Bubbles hasn't figured out how to relax since December lol!

@harleyquinn0621 - yay for getting stuff put together! I know I say it every week but OMG we're getting so close!

Why are you high-risk? AMA, 2 previous losses, corrected uterine septum, cerclage

Any additional monitoring or testing this week? Had an OB appointment today.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Appointment went really well! Nurse said I looked really good and my weight was doing fabulous - so that's great. Have the GBS, growth scan and some bloodwork scheduled in 2 weeks at 35 weeks. Then the next week the cerclage comes out and I'm so excited! Everything seems like it's happening quickly now, but I know the next few weeks are going to drag.

GTKY: What is your favorite way to relax?
Before, I would say a hot bath, glass of wine, practicing belly dance, or a really hard work out. Most of those I can't do anymore due to pregnancy restrictions so I content myself with reading or watching netflix.

    Why are you high-risk?
AMA, RPL, GD, Breech, iffy blood pressure, marginal placenta previa (I feel like that list can't be getting any longer)

Any additional monitoring or testing this week?
NST, BPP, placenta check on Friday then OB appointment.

    Rants/Raves/Questions?
Rave--we finally got the crib together! We are getting much closer to being ready, which is good because we are only about 3 weeks away from likely C-section.  The nursery is starting to look like a nursery now and not a pile of stuff.

Rant-I just want to set a date.  I realize it might change but I just want to plan.

GTKY: What is your favorite way to relax?
Reading typically right now.  Prior to pregnancy running. I also enjoy walking my dog too but not as much as running.

  • had a growth scan today... at 28w she was in the 30th percentile... now at 32w she is in the 19th percentile.... they will remeasure her in 2 weeks and if her growth continues to slow we will start talking about delivering her at 36 or 37 weeks  nothing can ever be easy

  • @harleyquinn0621 - Sending hugs. The measurements at this point can be so off based on baby's position and the algorithm they use for calculations. That's great that they are following up with another growth scan before they make any decisions. I'm sending you bunches of positive thoughts <3
