- How many weeks are you 26 - What have you done to stay active this week Went to OTF 3x this week. Actually ran all three times yay! - Are you finding it any harder to get in some exercise? Just tired.. have to scale back running as I get some braxton hicks after if I go too hard. - Favorite healthy lunch/snack Cucumber, tomato onion and feta salad.
- How many weeks are you 24w4d - What have you done to stay active this week crossfit twice a week, and a lot of walking to the bathroom...does that count? - Are you finding it any harder to get in some exercise? YES. In general, I feel like my strength/stamina goes down each week. I have the energy for the most part. Also, low back/sciatic pain are in the way. - Favorite healthy lunch/snack I've been packing salads for lunch #1 (lunch #2 is usually meat+rice, eaten an hour later) for work...a) because I'm too lazy to get up and microwave meals one hour apart. b)because healthy c)I'm putting sauerkraut on my salads, and it tastes SO GOOD. Idk if that's my weird pregnancy craving, but anything salty/sour just tastes delish.
@jemmerjams Ugh yea, I feel like I have energy but then I am like why are reverse lunges with 30lbs hard?! Sucks when you think you can do something and it used to be easy Also got that lower back shit going on.
- How many weeks are you 26! - What have you done to stay active this week Still running, still doing Pilates, spending lots of extra time with my foam roller to combat the low back tightness (not pain, yet, but man those muscles are working overtime!)
- Are you finding it any harder to get in some exercise? I feel like this week the baby has been training for a marathon - the number of kicks makes me vicariously tired, lol. Otherwise, just the usual summer break lack of motivation so far, except for hills. Running uphill is now the enemy.
- Favorite healthy lunch/snack Snack craving this week has been cheese and orange juice. The citrus and fat combo is really hitting the spot!

- How many weeks are you 23Weeks - What have you done to stay active this week went backpacking this weekend! About 4 miles in carrying a 30# toddler and gear. It was great to get outside and although I was a lot more winded than normal, we made it with a nice slow and steady pace! - Are you finding it any harder to get in some exercise? yes...although it has nothing to do with being pregnant, I've just been super busy lately and it's so much harder this time around since we have a toddler we need to be home to put to bed after work. I really need to get better at doing mini work outs at home, but I'm just sooo pooped at the end of the day and the couch looks way more comfy that the stack of weights in the corner of the - Favorite healthy lunch/snack Whole foods salad bar has been a go to lately for lunches at work since it's 2 blocks away. I would normally bring leftovers, but they just seem so boring lately or I'm not motivated to make enough extra to bring for the next day.
- What have you done to stay active this week I only made it to the gym twice last week...DH is my workout partner and it has been impossible to get him out of bed (he claims he isn’t sleeping well...he does have bad allergies, but try getting up 3 times a night to pee and waking up every time you roll over). I have no sympathy for him anymore and am forcing him to get out of bed this week! - Are you finding it any harder to get in some exercise? I’ve had a hard time since getting pregnant. First it was the morning sickness and now it’s the fact that I’m not sleeping well/DH won’t get out of bed. I’m really trying to get back on track!! - Favorite healthy lunch/snack My favorite healthy snacks are fruit (kiwis and apples) or hummus with veggies and pita chips
