High FHS, Low AMH

Scheduled a consult (in two weeks) with a fertility clinic due to some recent labs I had drawn. 

Fsh is 17 and my AMH is 0.201. I’m 33. 

My OBGYN has been less than helpful. 

I have no firm diagnosis but from the research I have conducted, possible diminished ovarian reserve. I’m so disheartened from some of the information I have ccome acrossed.

My 21 day progesterone was 1.9 mg/ml

Does anyone have any tips, information, or feedback?
