Sciatica

So my l.o. is measuring 33w 1d and last night mt sciatica was so bad I was in tears and could barely move let alone sleep. Any suggestions? I had this 13 years ago with my other son too.

Everything @lindsayleigh1989 said plus a good chiropractor. The chiro has been extremely helpful for mine. I’ve also done acupuncture but make sure that they do do any induction points.

I’m going to a chiropractor, but it’s barely keeping it under control right now. She told me to ice 20 minutes every hour. I wish I could tell you how to get relief because that would mean I could do it for myself
