So as we're all creeping into the 2nd Trimester, I have to ask, with the first having all kinds of crazy symptoms, does anyone else feel "weird" going back to "normal"? I suddenly have my normal energy back and food doesn't turn me off anymore. All good stuff. However now I don't "feel pregnant" anymore. Is that weird??? Anyone else?? It worries me at times. I'm dyyyying to feel some movement in there to remind me that it's still happening...
Re: 2nd Trimester - *Not Feeling Pregnant*
I understand what you mean; it's very strange starting to feel normal again after having a couple months of feeling gross and tired. But soon you should start to feel movement, and your belly will start to grow soon, so all those things are good signs that everything is progressing and going well.
It can be hard waiting those 4 weeks between appointments to hear the heartbeat, but perhaps you can find something to focus on to take your mind off of things for a little while.

I agree with neverland that that the title of the post could probably be better.
I appreciate the encouragement. I will try to focus on the positives of feeling good and back to "normal." Fingers crossed on feeling those movements early!
Thanks for the encouragement from all the other ladies!

And i agree with what you said, @highsteaks you will worry for this child forever.
I don’t know that there’s ever a certain point of pregnancy where I truly felt safe and comfortable from a loss. Sure it gets more and more rare, but it happens, can happen, at anytime. Even once you get to 24w viability. Truly bringing a healthy child safely into the world is a miracle. And then once they’re here you have a million more things to freak out and worry about. All we can do is keep on keeping on.
@smulrich16 So happy to hear both your babies are doing great!
