33 weeks; celery!

New/Interesting/Festering Symptoms 
I think I've developed restless legs. I mostly get it on the bus ride home and when I'm sitting on the couch at night. I still have heartburn. Also, I have scoliosis, and there's some very slight pain where part of my rod is. Haven't mentioned this to the doctor yet because I keep forgetting, but I'll try to remember at my next appt. (I start going twice a week next week, so that's helpful).

Appointments/US this week
Had an ultrasound today. She is measuring in the 13th percentile (3 lb 7 oz), so I'm going in again tomorrow for another one to make sure the placenta and cord look good in there. At the last US, she was in the 37th percentile, so it's a little concerning that she's not growing that much. Glad I was able to get an appointment so soon. I feel her a lot, so I hope that's a good sign.

What are your Memorial Day Plans?
Nothing too exciting. A friend is helping my husband move the last bit of furniture out of the baby's room. We also have an appointment with a potential pediatrician.

Super tired, craving sweets SO bad (pretty sure I could eat chocolate for every meal and be fine with it), starting to see a bit of swelling but nothing too bad yet

I have my next dr appt and scan for growth next Wednesday.  Hopefully everything goes well!

My hubby!  He has been so awesome this week since I haven't been feeling well.  Getting stuff done around the house, helping get my 5 year old where he needs to go, etc.  

What are your Memorial Day Plans?
Our sprinkle BBQ/pool party is on Saturday, we are planning on taking our jeep out to an off road park to do some light mudding on Sunday, and Monday is my birthday so my husband is taking me out to lunch and to see a movie.  Busy, but hopefully fun!

@stlmegs That sounds like a fun weekend! What movie are you seeing? Happy birthday, BTW.

I now have a question, because my boss asked me: Have you nailed down a mat leave date yet? There's a freelancer who is supposed to be coming in to cover for me, and my boss would like to know when I plan on leaving. I figure if all goes well, I can work remotely until I go into labor, but I was also batting around the idea of taking a week off beforehand for...relaxing? Preparing? Not having to work? I have the vacation days for it, but maybe I would be better off using that time after she's born. 

Oh, and I haven't even figured out the exact date I'm coming back, or in what capacity (part time? Work from home? Demote myself so I no longer need to supervise people?), so there's that...

@supersara2 that's a lot to figure out!  I had already decided to take off from whenever the baby comes through Oct. 1.  I don't have the added fun of having any direct reports at this point. I would do whatever feels right for you!

And thank you! I think we are going to see Deadpool 2.  Either that or Solo.  Haven't fully decided yet.
