I have an appointment to get my rhogam shot tomorrow. They’re giving it to me earlier this time because I had some bleeding early on (before I even knew I was pregnant).
I'm supposed to have a beta Tuesday but I don't know if I'm going to do it since my first betas were OK (201, 585, 3254, 9715). I'm just doing them for my own peace of mind to calm my PGAL brain, doctor doesn't require them at this point. First u/s scheduled for Friday @ 6+4.

I have a first appointment Thursday for lab work and all. No ultrasound, but I am hoping for betas after the loss last month. Maybe to help put my mind at ease.

I have a phone appointment tomorrow basically to go over general health and everything. I am seriously hoping I can get in the office next week but am a little doubtful.
I have a 2nd sono on Friday, and she said if they see the kid and heartbeat, they don't need to bother with bloodwork. Fine by me! I'll be 6+5!
My wife and I have conceived a babe with my body and frozen donor sperm through IUI, with medication support (clomid, ovidrel, and injections of progesterone) IUI #1, #2, and #3: Dec 2017, Jan 2018, and Feb 2018 - all BFN HSG Test: April 2018 - all clear! I also have my U/S on Wednesday. Hopefully we'll see a correctly placed little bean in my ute and not in a tube. Trying not to stress but it's almost impossible
I had an US this morning, much to my surprise everything looked good and was measuring slightly ahead of schedule. I return next Monday. PGAL brain is a struggle right now. Good luck to you ladies who go for appointments over the next few days!
So excited for how much the U/S thread is going to blow up this week! Looking forward to pics of LO all sticking in their correct places, measuring on track.
I have another U/S and hopefully progesterone check on Thursday.
Had a bit of a scare last week (couldn’t find anything) but had a follow up Saturday and they found my bean. Was measuring about 2 days behind (based on LMP, looks like a may have ovulated later than originally thought)
Goingb this Thursday for a hopefully more accurate measurement, but looks like my due date will be moved officially in January
Had my first appointment this morning. Based off my LMC I should be 6+3. At first the ultrasound tech said she thought we saw 2 "things" in the sac. I could see it too but she said it may be just how stuff is showing. We were only able to see the baby really once during looking and we believe we all saw the heartbeat but she couldnt replicate the scan and couldnt capture the heartbeat on the machine. So basically I left with no answers besides that I have a GS and that if they went off of the screen capture of the baby they had at first, I would be 5+5 instead of 6+3. I have to go back in about a week and a half for a rescan. Kinda bummed out but I'm hopeful for the next scan.
I have my intake appointment this morning. Iwas using a PA for my GYN appointments, so I had to find an OB. I had to take DD to the doctor yesterday so I got my labs done while I was there. Results today. I had lost all symptoms since Thursday and was freaking out, so they got me in for ultrasound. Measuring 6w5d, hr 120. Immediate relief... then I felt silly. I guess I should enjoy not puking like I did with DD, but it doesn't do much for reassurance.
Update: Mostly good news at the appointment! Saw a little babe in there with a HR of 128! Hematoma is also almost fully reabsorbed! Which is crazy because it was BIG. Only concern is that baby was measuring 6w0d and I have to be at least 6w3d. But I know those measurements can be off. Especially because it was the OB who did it and it was just from one angle.

First ultrasound is Thursday. NP said that it was to make sure it's not an ectopic which is of course driving my poor PGAL brain into overdrive. I'm trying to just remind myself that my numbers aren't low (4,115 today at 5w2d) and I'm not having cramping or bleeding.
@KariAnn323 I feel like your clinic folks need some sensitivity training... first with the (unnecessary) beta worry and how this. Gl on Thursday, your hCG looks great.
Had my first beta last wednesday and it was 82. Friday they did the second and called me Monday to let me know it was 275! So they were happy about that!
next week they are doing an ultrasound right around 6w.
So change of plans - woke up to some bleeding this morning. No cramping and it seems to have subsided but because of my recent history of back to back losses they want me to come in this afternoon to make sure all is looking okay. Wish me luck!
@olivemomma FX For good news and just some regular spotting for you!

I had my first U/S. Baby is definitely in my ute! We saw the heart beating, was to early to measure it but it was definitely beating. Measured at 6+1/0 which is spot on from when I thought I ovulated. So happy and so relieved!
Had a good appt - saw and heard a HB at 110. Measuring a couple days behind where I thought I should be (2-4 days depending on LMP/ovulation) but RE said everything is looking good.
Update: Wk7 check-up went great and I have my FINAL RE appointment next Wednesday. Its such a bittersweet appointment but I feel like I'm so close to such a big milestone.
@olivemomma keeping you in my thoughts today! I hope you have a good appointment and it alleviates some worry!
I am so happy to see all the positive updates in here!! So fantastic! We had our first U/S this morning! I was dumbfounded when she said the heartbeat was 121. I couldn't see a dang thing at first and was worried it was a blighted ovum again. She blew it up and there bean was!!! Heart beating away. I could not stop crying, such a beautiful sight. I heard back from my doctor and everything looks as it should and I need to schedule my OB appointment. I am measuring 6+1, which is right on track!
All looked good at my last minute apt today! Heartbeat of 111BPM. Baby measured a couple of days behind based on my LMP but I honestly have no clue when I actually ovulated so that may be spot on. They didn’t seem concerned in the least. As good as you can hope for this early!t
editing to say thanks for the positive vibes ladies!!
Had my appointment yesterday. No ultrasound for another month. I'm ok with that though, because I should be around 8-9 weeks if everything is ok so there should be something to see for sure. The loss last month has me petrified it's going to happen again. They ran an A1C (GD last time) and a primary beta. Didn't want to do a follow up beta unless the number was alarming? Only because she said I'd have to go through the hospital on Saturday to do it and it's a stressful experience that she'd rather not put me through unless the number is alarming. I'm not 100% sure I agree but whatever. I'm just happy to have yesterday over. My BP is already high (which it just does when I'm pg). 142/82 yesterday so if it continues I'll be high risk again.
