My husband is out of town for work this week, my 5 year old can happily live off of a diet of fruit, chicken nuggets, green beans, and cherry tomatoes, and I am feeling every bit of the almost 32 weeks pregnant that I am SO, I'm not gonna lie...this week is NOT gonna be impressive  :#

Monday-Chipotle cheese chicken sausages, broccoli cheddar rice, and green beans
    Tuesday-Frozen pizza
    Wednesday-Leftovers (Baseball practice)
Thursday-Turkey burgers and baked sweet potato wedges
    Friday-Leftovers again because...Friday
Saturday-Husband is home so grilled chicken, sweet corn, and jalapeno poppers

  • @stlmegs Your menu is more impressive than mine this week! We're just doing salad with grilled proteins for lunch and dinners this week except for today which will be baked potatoes (topped with bacon, broccoli, plus pretty much anything else we feel like) because we have potatoes and broccoli that have to be eaten before they go bad. :#

  • Yeah @stlmegs that seems like a pretty average week for me lol. Looks yummy though!!

Tonifht we had goulash, peas and butter bread
T- steak salads (probably chicken nugs for kiddos)
    W- fiesta chicken and rice
T- chicken patty sandwiches and chips
    F- shepherds pie and salad
S- leaving his open for the inevitable dinner out
S- Chicken Alfredo, sweet corn, and strawberries (DS picked this- won’t argue)
  • Sunday- Seared sea scallops with mashed potatoes and green beans (SS were on sale for 9.99/lb!)
Monday- Salmon with cous cous and asparagus
Tuesday- Getting Dominos because we have our hospital tour right after work
Wednesday- Veggie pasta with ground sirloin, red sauce and spinach
    Thursday- Steak Wedge Salad
Friday- Attempting pulled pork in the crock pot!
