December 2018 Moms

Hey all -

I posted this in the first tri group but they referred me here!
HI everyone, I'm back for a little bit of support and knowledge. You can see from my siggy that I battled years of infertility. I did have two successful FETs and have two beautiful daughers (3.5 and 1.5). Well, after all of that, SURPRISE, i'm pregnant! My last two pregnancies did not come without complications so I am quite fearful. Blood clot with DD1 and subchorionic hematoma, valementous cord insertion and placenta accreta with DD 2.. whew, so i'm nervous about having the accreta again.. mine wasn't terrible, just took about an hour to get the placenta out and i bled out quite a bit. but, my pcp just did blood work and my hcg was 17,000 at 6 weeks and my progesterone was 13.2. I am not knowledgeable with natural pregnancies. have any of you had your progesterone tested? My RE always liked mine to be above 20 and although it never was, I used suppositories with both successful pregnancies until  13 weeks.

Re: Hey all -

  • Welcome! Congratulations on your pregnancy! I was told that the first tri range for progesterone is 11.2-90.
Also, you may want to post your intro in the intro thread. Good luck with your pregnancy.
