1. Constipation. Which is way different than my pregnancy with DD. I had diarrhea all first tri. 2. SO THIRSTY ALL day. Maybe related to above? 3-5. I wake up to pee at least twice overnight. At which time insomnia hits and I usually can’t go back to sleep. And during the awake time I contemplate whatever crazy vivid dream I just had. 6. RAGE. I get so irritated so easily. My symptoms seem to be coming earlier this time around than ever before! Had a bad case of heartburn at like 1am that took an hour or two to go away. My ab muscles just felt sore all day yesterday even up under my ribs. This seems kinda odd to me since I know my uterus is still down in my pelvis...
@BitterBetty12 On the constipation - I've had that in previous pregnancies. I think it is a side effect of the rising progesterone. This pregnancy I have been (1) eating as much protein as I can (not super easy as I don't eat meat) (2) drinking a kombucha type drink usually every day - I like the Kevita ones, I don't like things that are too sour. That has kept me regular so far and kept the bloat at bay a bit as well.
1. On and off tenderness in my breasts and nipples 2. I could sleep all day and night and still feel exhausted 3. Drinking water like my life depends on it 4. I'm getting up 2 or 3 times during the night to pee 5. Cloudy mind, unable to focus 6. Slight queasiness on empty stomach, and while eating
Constipated.. uhg. Wayyyy highented sense of smell.. like insane. Like smelling an unlit candle as if I’m holding it up to my nose from across the room. Tired as all hell
waves of mild nausea throughout that day and insomnia are what made me take a test on Friday. I've also been super thirsty at night and had some heartburn and alternating constipation and diarrhea that now I know are probably symptoms of being preggo. I'm surprised my boobs dont hurt. That was my first clue when I had a CP and when I got pregnant with DD.
5 weeks here! -Boobs still growing and sore...some of my clothes no longer fit me already! ARGH! -Exhausted like I've never been in my life! -Maybe it's because I pee 3x per night -And am wide awake around 4-5am. Every. Morning. -Constipation - I'm used to this thanks to the progesterone shots all through TWW -Bloating - looking like I'm a few months along already! - new in the last few days -Emotional wreck, Sweaty monster, thirsty, heartburn -Still that dull ache from time to time in my lower right pelvic.
My symptoms seem to have strengthened over the last week. Part of me is saying it's just the knowledge that I'm pregnant and it's psychological...the other part thinks it's crazy how quickly the body starts changing!

4+4. I am already so tired. Today I was walking around and thought I was doing ok but DH piped in and said “I have literally never seen you look so exhausted.” The work week is going to be hard.
My boobs look look amazing (I’m normally quite small chested and my bras are already too small now) but they are so sore!
5+1. Sooooorrrrre boobs. Omg the soreness! Nausea, exhausted, cranky, bloated, cravings for mashed potatoes (like I had with DS). I hope I’m too busy at work this week to think about how tired I am. I felt like I could have slept all weekend.
5+2. Sore, swollen boobs. Exhausted all the time but that could be from cutting down my caffeine. And super sensitive sense of smell! It's made my commute miserable every morning. I have to remember to wear perfume every day so I can just smell my wrist on the subway and drown out all the other gross smells.
Not too many symptoms for me other than being insanely thirsty all the time and pretty tired. I’d say I have to pee more, but my blatter is tiny to begin with and I seem to constantly be drinking water, so probably not pregnancy related. Also constipated from the progesterone, which sucks, but I’m dealing with it!
About 6 weeks (somewhere between 5+5 and 6+3 - for another discussion). Not many symptoms. Some stretching/cramping, rage, headaches, and mildly sore boobs. Very tired but my son is going sleep regression so to be expected. Only major symptom is caffeine and wine withdrawl...
Getting up to pee a lot at night. That's actually how I knew I was pregnant with DD because I used to never wake up to pee. I feel like I *just* got back to sleep all night without getting up to pee and here I am again.
I've been cramping a lot the past couple of days.
Nothing sounds appetizing but nothing sounds gross. And I'm hungry but not hungry. And if I don't eat I feel nauseous and it I eat too much I feel nauseous. So basically a catch 22 but I guess that's how I didn't gain weight the first time. IDK.
I have had a massive headache the past two days. Not sure if it is pregnancy related or just from lack of decent sleep,
Breast tenderness: only very mild at this point. My boobs do feel a little bigger than usual. I've noticed this symptom appear first with all three of my pregnancies so far.
Fatigue: yep, tired all the time. Yawning constantly at work right now.
Dreams: Crazy vivid dreams - also seems to be the norm for my pregnant self.
Clitoris sensitivity: I can't really complain about this one, though.
3+4 so tired!!!! Doing the head nod at the dinner table tired. This might be crazy but I feel like relaxin is already pumping through my body. My SI joint feels totally loose every time I lean forward. This happened with DS, but not til like 20 weeks. Nervous how much worse this may get..
Can I talk about symptoms I don't have that most do? Sore boobs. I've never dealt with sore boobs as a symptom. My first pregnancy nor this one (not during AF either). But I feel it's weird because it seems like *everyone* gets sore boobs. What does it feel like? Is it a constant ache? Does it just hurt when touched?
@oldiebutgoodie80 Have you tried taking your PNV before bed? It may be easier to take then, some PNV can make you sick due to the iron amount too, so another option is getting on one where you have to spread out 4 pills a day. (which I am currently on, and I always forget to take them all).

I do! Which is why it’s so strange. They don’t make me sick, but I am having the worst time swallowing them. My problem is, I’m nursing my toddler still and he has some crazy food allergies. These are the first prenatals that he hasn’t had a reaction to. So I’m going to have to suck it up, I think.
@oldiebutgoodie80 Ahh! I understand!! I have had some trouble swallowing mine too. I gag sometimes. (same with brushing my teeth). Hopefully it doesn't last too long and it'll get easier for you! I was also going to recommend gummies, but I understand keeping to what you know your toddler can handle!
@Whitmore1027 so mine aren’t really sore this time but they were with DD. It was more like tenderness that you would feel if you pressed them or leaned against something. Or if they bounced. I also felt a rush of pain followed by relief when I would take my bra off at the end of the day. this time I have a tiny bit of nipple soreness that I only feel when I press them.

4+6 and I haven’t had many symptoms. Off and on mildly sore breasts, a bit more emotional than normal last week but that is already gone, and a lot of round ligament pain when I stand up after I’d been sitting for a while. Hoping for no morning sickness this time around, but at the same time it would be a little reassuring since I have a history of miscarriage.
@BitterBetty12 Ahh okay, that all makes sense. I am trying to be very in tune with my boobs right now to see if they do hurt, and it feels maybe a little achy, but now I don't know if my brain is just doing it since I am looking for it. Hahaha!
I feel like it's weird, but I seem to already have round ligament pain at 5+0 weeks. I had it a lot with my first, but not until 2nd or 3rd tri (that I remember). But anytime I stand up after sitting, that sharp pain hits and it's driving me nuts!!
I'm 5+3 today and I had a sharp pain on my right side when I took a break for lunch this morning and it felt like a rubber band snapping. Is that what round ligament pain feels like? I had to stop partially hunched over and feel down there to make sure everything was in place. Just a few seconds and it was all good again, but weird!
@catlady2015 That sounds like round ligament! I'm getting it bad! I just rolled over to get up off the couch after a nap and it just hurt SO BAD! Doubled over in pain waiting for it to die down. I really didn't remember having these this soon. But I guess with the uterus growing and changing, it makes sense.
3+3 crampy, gassy, and bloated. Is this normal? I feel like crap and I am nauseous already too. What is happening. My pregnancy wiyh my son was NOT like this. Nervous. TW- had 2 early mc so I am a bit jaded/paranoid.
3+4 Morning sicknesses is in full effect, bloating, exhaustion and hot flashes that or this 100 degree weather is kicking my ass already. Glad I don’t have to be in my third trimester in this heat this time!
4 weeks today- -slight queasiness on empty stomach or beginning of eating, I had this last time around and it never got worse, only persisted until about 11 weeks and faded away. I hope that's the case again! -pregnancy brain in full force again. Common words are lost to me in times of need -food tastes so much better, and food smells so much better. I ate Chinese today like it was my first time

I could have written the same post! (Except reverse #1)
My symptoms with DD were so much more intense. I'm paranoid because I'm not nauseous and trying not to puke every morning. Some, yes. Most, no.
Is it strange this early (5+6 or so) to have a symptom come and then go away? For the first week or so after I found out I had major insomnia, waking up at 4am and not falling asleep. In the past few days that has gone away. I also had more queasiness and cramping a few days ago than I do now. It’s freaking me out!!
@mrsmang I had symptoms come and go with DD all the time. I had weekly first tri ultrasounds and I remember frequently thinking I was going to show up and get bad news because my symptoms had been mild for days!
@SeraJ It's so weird! I definitely feel like overall my nausea is milder this time. I have days where it hits worse than others but it still doesn't feel bad.

@BitterBetty12 thank you!! That makes me feel a ton better. My dr doesn’t do any ultrasound until 8-10 weeks and I’m on vacation now so I couldn’t even got yet if I tried and I’m just freaked out because I have no idea what to expect!
@mrsmang with DD I had queasiness and extreme tired pretty quick, then about 5 or 6 weeks everything went away for a few days, then came back. I remember being really nervous about it, but read that it's normal as our bodies are trying to adjust.
Is anyone else cold ALL THE TIME? I’ve got quite a bit of insulation and I’ve been freezing for the past few weeks!

@kerco925 i finally had to pry myself away from the pee sticks - I was going crazy trying to analyze how dark it was every day! And I think it’s pretty common for symptoms to come and go, especially in the earliest weeks. I’ve been feeling pretty normal today too - trying not to read into it too much!
