I have not done a thing since Last Wednesday b/c I got sick and I have a 10k on Sunday. Ughhh guess I will be walking a lot.
Re: Fit Mom Friday
I only made it to the gym twice this week but we walked the dogs two of the other days so I guess that counts? I will be going today and tomorrow and the weather is supposed to be beautiful this weekend so the dogs will definitely get walked each day!
@Lisa3379 Nice work on the workouts!! Do you go in the morning or afternoon? I used to get up and go 6 days a week in the morning before work (we usually skipped Wednesday because DH playa hockey late on Tuesday nights) but I’ve been finding it hard to get up at 5am and then function all day at work. Any tips? I don’t have a ton of time in the afternoon or evenings because I’m also a Masters student as well so I’m usually catching up on homework at night.
@spartan4life I’ve had to pretty much give up on early morning workouts. Too hard to get up and moving in the morning now. Have you tried doing your reading on a stationary bike or treadmill? Thats what saved me in my masters program

afm - still recovering from an awesome cold/allergy combo, so it was a pretty light week. Two short runs, 3 Pilates classes, couple good stretch sessions. Hoping to get back on track (and breathing!) for next week.
This is the workout I want to try today on the treadmill bc Cardio is one of the harder things to do in my apartment. I’ll let you know how it goes. Happy Saturday!
