Thankful to be one day away from Friday, and to have nothing planned for this weekend except relaxing. Also thankful for another gorgeous day out!

Got to leave work early after a tough morning for my midwife appointment! Everything looks good so i finally feel ready to tell my work tomorrow. 16 weeks today! Also, i have a great friend who gave me two huge bags of maternity clothes. Might stop at the mall and pick up a few things just for me.

I’m thankful for the beautiful weather we’ve had lately! I am really looking forward to the weekend. I’m co-hosting a bridal shower for one of my besties on Saturday and it’s so much less stress to host it at a restaurant and split the check with the other bridesmaids than it was to host my sister’s bridal shower at my mom’s house.  It’s a “nacho average shower” themed brunch for cinco de mayo and I love the food they serve so yum.   I’ll definitely miss the margaritas but will gladly eat all the things.

I’m thankful for my new bra, which is so ridiculously comfortable.

Also thankful for the new wegmans near my house, which is gigantic and marvelous.

Thankful I was off yesterday and we managed to get almost all the yard work done. I'm also thankful that I have a dr appointment today and hopefully get to see baby girl.

Thankful for my friend that just gave me all her old maternity clothes.  The box has been sitting on the floor in the livingroom for a week and I haven’t looked at it at all yet, but so glad it’s there.  She was due in the summer with her first, so there’s actually summer maternity clothes! Most of mine are winter.

@DunkinDecaf. Is it your first wegmans?  I can’t remember where you are.

@purplegoldfish2 it is for me, but not for the region. I’m in MA. I’d never been to one before because other places are more convenient. Wegmans is spectacular. I’m an instant convert.

Not Thursday, but thankfully my 16 week checkup went great today! Finally were able to hear the heartbeat on the doppler And got my anatomy scan booked for next month! (Along with my 20 week check up, haircut, and a drive to Ft Worth. all on the same day.  )

@DunkinDecaf Is it anywhere near Danvers by any chance?  MH & I are there twice a year and last summer we almost went until we realized it was a 35 minute drive.  It would cut down on all the food I have to pack if it’s close!
