OB after RE 1st appointment

Hi everyone!  I've had 2 Ultrasounds with my RE (last one 2 weeks ago) and I'm seeing my OB for the first time this Friday.  I'll be 11 weeks at that point.  I was just wondering what to expect.  Mainly, will she do another US?  I'm expecting an exam and possibly some bloodwork which I don't want to have my DH to take off work for.  But if she does another US, he won't want to miss that.  Thank you!!!

    It will depend on your OB/practice. My OB did a quick ultrasound at my first appointment because I was right around the time when HB may still not be detected by Doppler, but I have friends that didnt have an ultrasound until the anatomy scan at 20 weeks.

    I see my OB roughly every 4 weeks but I never have a scan with those appts.  They scheduled an ultrasound for 12 weeks and then another for my anatomy scan at 19.  My OB appts are pretty quick and simple - they listen for the HB on the doppler, do a full exam (weight, bp, urine test) and just do a check in to see how everything is going.

    2016 - dx with super low ovarian reserve; failed cycle with clomid, failed IUI, 
    2017 - egg retrieval #1 - 3 eggs, 0 embryos appropriate for transfer; ER #2 2 eggs, 0 embryos on day 3; ER #3 1 egg 0 embryos
    moved to donor egg in summer 2017; 35 eggs retrieved; 19 fertilized; 9 total embryos
    Fresh transfer Dec 2017= BFP!  baby boy born 8/22/18

    May 2019 - surprise natural pregnancy ended in MC
    Nov 2019 FET; MC at 9 weeks
    May 2020 FET; BFN
    July 2020 FET; CP treated with methotrexate
    Oct 2020 BFP!
