Haha @sammierose464 I always find this one funny. One of my girlfriends complained about severe heartburn her entire pregnancy and guess what. Baby girl with no hair!! She is going to be three this year and still have very little hair.
I will be happy if I don't have heartburn. I used to get it a ton at a previous job, pretty sure I had stress ulcers. I haven't really had it in a while. FX.
I have wretched heartburn and am having a boy. I’ve always had problems with it though so no surprise. If the hair thing is accurate this kid will look like Chewbacca!
I had heartburn with all my pregnancies. This will be my 3rd boy and DS1 and DS2 were born with a head full of hair! Everyone always thinks they're girls for the first few months. I had DS2 in a little brother outfit one day and someone came up to me to talk about how cute my daughter was....
yeah, OWT are OWT...they don't mean much. BUT! they came into being because they were true for enough women. So it's totally fun to guess!
Some that have been true for me: Carrying high v low complection changes hair changs salty v sweet cravings heart rate (right the first 2 times) Chinese gender predictor level of nausea
Some that haven't been true: all belly vs general weight gain heart rate (wrong this time)
@MissBridg same for me a lot of the "old wives tales" ring true. I'm having boy- carrying low, lower heart rate, Chinese sex predictor, low nausea, more hair, no completion changes. It could also be that I was liking for them, too.
Re: Gender old wives tales
Le sigh.
