We're deciding on a boy name to go with my surname as middle (M name similar to Maroulis) and husband's as last (M name similar to Mahoney). For some reason we keep going back to names with an S ending. Help us pick 1!
I feel you all on the M overload possibility, but on the other side, my name will mostly be omitted or an initial, right? So it doesn't seem too bad, to me.

We have decided against Miles, although not for the reasons mentioned here. We are not into names with 2 nearly equally common spellings, and the Miles/Myles confusion that seems likely to arise just doesn't work for us. I grew up with my name misspelled 8 times out of 10 for the same reason, and ... No thanks!
