@Labluver2 So annoying! Is your sister young and blinded by love? lol Hopefully she'll grow out of him if he's that bad.
@mich_elle Yay for your consult today! That stinks you have to pretty much wait your turn for testing, etc. I've seen people with a similar protocol as yours. I did BC around a week before I started as well, but only used Lupron for my trigger shot b/c of high estrogen. But I used Follsitim, which is super easy to do. Be prepared that during the process, they'll probably adjust your dosage of meds depending on how you respond.

@Labluver2 That’s really annoying that your sister doesn’t respect anyone’s wishes!!! I’m sure you’ve had this convo with your sister already about what an a-hole he b/f but maybe you need to call her and be like “ Listen, no one likes your boyfriend and Mom doesn’t want him there so can you respect our mothers wishes please” and if she tells you to screw.. call her boyfriend direct and be like “Hey so if you haven’t caught on NO ONE LIKES YOU don’t come to our house for Easter where you’re not welcome” and hang up!
@mich_elle That sucks you have to wait I’m sorry.. BUT it gives you an extra month to start changing your lifestyle. You got this girl!!

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment? Vitamins/supplements?):Well because I was nauseous a lot last week I decided to not do so many supplements. Currently I'm taking a multi-vitamin, vit d and c. I had stopped my adaptogens for a couple days to see if they were they culprit and I though maybe they were but last night I was nauseated at 3am and 7am but I'm thinking that was due more to the pizza I ate for dinner - I shouldn't have. Rants/Raves: Our DD's bday was yesterday and she is officially 7! holy crap! It was a crazy busy day yesterday and I'm for sure feeling it today. So our family room looks like a hot mess of toys and our puppy wants to eat them all up so I think I will just put them all in a laundry basket cause well lazy. I'm also getting better sleep not on ambien. The night after that insomia I only woke up 2 times and it's been that way since so I'm hoping it continues to improve and now I can get rid of the nausea. Questions for the group:
GTKY: What is your favorite reality TV show? I was watching the bachelor a little bit - can't believe I can still get into that
What are you thankful for this week? yoga - I am listening to my body and only did the basic level class tonight. It had been a week off last week. I dream of the day where I can balance on my forearms and do crazy stuff again.
@mich_elle I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again.. The wheels of IVF are slow!! I started with the RE Oct 27th and I’m just doing my FET now. Hang in there doll!!
@vlagrl29 Awesome on getting better sleep!! Now go away nausea!

@ndz2018 - when is transfer? GL - my nausea was less this morning so my thoughts are the adaptogens I was taking were making it worse. Hoping its getting out of my system - until then I need to watch what I eat - no pizza or super unhealthy stuff. Making bone broth today in my crock pot.
I wish I had a date but I have A feeling after my first morning monitorings I’ll get a better idea... but it’s usually about 3 weeks from cd 1 so maybe April 8th- ish.. of course my nurse in on vacation till 3/26
@vlagrl29 You sound like me these days. I started eating a lot healthier, then Saturday night went to my SIL where there was lots of cheese and junk. Needless to say I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like crap...so decided "not again"!
@ndz2018 Stinks they didn't give a calendar of events for starting meds, etc so you'd have a better idea. My dr gave me one to fill in dates, etc when I started AF. Anyways, we'll still be close! My first lining check is on Monday, then believe the following week will be transfer.

@kristimh80 - it's bad right? lol - just until I get back to where I was 2 weeks ago and then I will still probably be careful. I know my inlaws are wanting to have dinner saturday night at a pizza place but I'm sure as heck not doing that! I'll probably pick up something else and bring it in. Last month my parents wanted to eat at mcdonalds and I got a jimmy john sandwich and brought it there.
I saw my naturopath again today and she massaged my right adrenal and the muscle over it. My left was never as bad as my right. She says I should continue to see improvement. I have a follow up with her in 2 weeks. She said no adaptogens for 2 weeks and maybe that was all I needed of them to help the recovery process.
And can I just say my DDs spring break is already exhausting me lol. She has so much energy.
My AF is officially over. Although heavier than last month , not as heavy as it usually is. I'm assuming each month will get better or more normal I should say. I so wanted to have sex with DH tonight cause it's been awhile and while the intention was there earlier today as evening came around I was dog tired.
@vlagrl29 Smart girl!! Best of luck making it thru Spring Break!! Hopefully your daughter has some friends to play with to help!

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment? Vitamins/supplements?): on day 4 of femara and will start gonal f today. US on Monday to determine IUI. I also take prenatals, coq10 and DHEA Rants/Raves: we haven’t had much snow this winter but as soon as it turns spring we are being dumped on. Got a couple inches of snow yesterday and expecting 5-12 inches Saturday Questions for the group:
GTKY: What is your favorite reality TV show? The voice I guess. I’m not big into reality tv
What are you thankful for this week? A co worker of mine in a similar situation has been very supportive to me this week.
@Mack2342 Welcome! I really really hope your stay here is short!! Same here we didn’t get much snow this winter but March has been NUTS with Nor’easters!
Hi @Mack2342 I kinda stopped TTCAL because I'm not keeping up as much or logging in as often. I'm trying to over come silly adrenal fatigue from the clomid aftermath. Only things now are my blood sugars are still off and that causes nausea in the am and sometimes still having trouble sleeping. I'll see an endo in a couple weeks but working with my naturopath for now.
@mich_elle - today is a good day. I got adequate sleep. We are at a water resort with our daughter and her friends. Tonight we surprise her with Disney world. 2 nights ago was bad. I had horrible heartburn and nausea most the night so sleep sucked! But I took Zantac last night and zofran. Geez it's like I'm preg lol. Hope sleep is good tonight cause I have a wedding to play tomorrow.
@mack2342 - it has but there have been good days. Like for at least 7 days I felt fantastic but then something triggered it back. All the clomid side effects are gone. I just had a bad reaction to it and trying to reset my body. Ttc with hormones is not for me. Lesson learned! So we are just taking it easy not really trying. I want a few good months and then reasses.
Newb and kinna late in the week but I’m stressed so here we go:

What are you thankful for this week? The place we moved into. I like it a lot
@vlagrl29 how did your DD react to the Disney world surprise? I can’t believe she’s 7, I remember you talking about her being 5 so guess that’s how she was in my head. It goes so quickly!
@ndz2018 and @kristimh80 are you doing the pio shots? If so, how are they going? That’s what I’m most scared of I think! I can’t believe how soon your FETs are!!! So exciting!
@Mack2342 welcome aboard! Yes thank god for gummy vitamins as that’s all I take (I’m really bad at swallowing pills, detest them).
@mich_elle my last IVF cycle I tried the microdose Lupron protocol and that was the one where we actually got some to test, so sounds good! I’ve seen this used with a lot of the 40+ women like us in forums which gave me comfort going into it. Yes, this process is slow and I never dreamed I’d be doing so many cycles of it let alone 1! Right now this wait until May or June is killing me!
@Momifbysea Haven’t started yet, I think They start 5 days before the transfer. I’m a lil nervous too!! I keep reading about them and IF I needed To could I do them myself? Answer is yes it will just be a little more difficult to do them on the left side because I’m a righty. I also plan on getting lidocaine patches to numb the area. Fortunately my insurance will cover them but if your insurance doesn’t I think They have almost the same strengths in cream form or even patches OTC. I had to wait 3 months too after my ER and you’d be surprised how fast time goes!

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment? Vitamins/supplements?): Well because I was nauseous a lot last week I decided to not do so many supplements.

@ndz2018 Stinks they didn't give a calendar of events for starting meds, etc so you'd have a better idea. My dr gave me one to fill in dates, etc when I started AF. Anyways, we'll still be close! My first lining check is on Monday, then believe the following week will be transfer.

Status: 2ww

What are you doing this cycle? Vitamins. Just got some gummy ones. Seriously why have I not been doing this the whole time?
Rants/Raves: work sucks donkey balls right now
Questions for the group: none really
GTKY: What is your favorite reality TV show? — I don’t watch any reality TV but I love true crime podcasts... any fellow murderinos here? Also I love Last Podcast on the Left
What are you thankful for this week? The place we moved into. I like it a lot
