Great! I’ve had so much more energy this week and have been selling DD’s clothes to buy baby boy clothes

Has anyone done acupuncture to help with pregnancy symptoms?

How are you feeling? 

Ravenous. I suddenly feel like 3 meals a day isn't enough. I think I'm going to make up my first trimester weight loss in no time. At least the GD is keeping me eating a healthy diet, still. 

Any appts this week? 
No obgyn appointments for once! Next one is March 27th for the A/S. 

Rants/raves/questions? 
I felt it kick yesterday morning for the first time! I can't wait till it's more consistent, and strong enough that my husband can feel it. 

GTKY: What movie can you watch over and over again?
Aliens, I love me some Hicks. I watched it so much in college I wore out my VHS copy.

18 weeks - an artichoke according to the bump app

How are you feeling? 
Pretty good! Weird pains here and there but they go away quickly so maybe it's just growing pains or something.

Any appts this week? 
YES! Finally! I have an OB appt tomorrow afternoon, then my AS with my MFM on Thursday. Very excited for both.

Rants/raves/questions? 
Still haven't felt any movement Then again - I have no idea what I'm looking for. I mean, I feel pains - and twinges and bubbles - but they feel like typical gas to me and I can't really tell the difference. Hopefully I"ll see the baby kick at the AS and connect the movement with the feeling.

GTKY: What movie can you watch over and over again?
Star Wars (original trilogy, not that prequel garbage) and Breakfast at Tiffany's - both make me insanely happy. 

@neeraja_k I've been giving my family baby-size updates weekly. My brother last week asked me to compare my baby to a stage in the xenomorph life cycle. I told him I think it's too small - to which he promptly replied "Bah. Let me know when it's the size of something interesting "  He makes me laugh. 

@melissaf22 Not for pregnancy, but i've had acupuncture for other stuff and highly recommend it!

@melissaf22 I get acupuncture. I think it helps. I haven’t been in a few months but am going tomorrow to see what they can do for my pelvic issues. I’m lucky enough to work somewhere where we have a student clinic for it though. The Supervisor tomorrow specializes in pregnancy and fertility so I’m curious.

Also out of nowhere last night I had wicked indigestion... probably the worst I've ever had. Hurray for Tums!
