CD, CD/DPO (if applicable):
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment? Vitamins/supplements?): All my supplements right now are for my adrenals - vit C, D, adaptocrine, fish oil, Bcomplex - also just bought another bottle of organic detox tea called Flora Floressence.
Rants/Raves: Well unknowingly I must have done something to trigger my adrenal fatigue. I was totally great thru Friday then Friday night I was waking up 4 times again but at least falling asleep quickly. Same Saturday night and then this morning the nausea started again So frustrating. I'm going to my doc tomorrow. She said she will see me and figure out what triggered it. My guess is I over did it last week with all my energy and 4 yoga classes or because I have been eating healthier we didn't eat healthy Fri or Sat night so maybe the food triggered it. I guess being in the early stages of recovery I need to take it easy on myself. So of course I had to bring out the tums, zantac, and nausea meds again. I'm hoping though this will pass quicker than the last one. I'm just going to continue eating very healthy even if I feel 100% just in case. Thanks for reading
Rave - I bought some epsom salt and took a bath tonight. It was very relaxing and I listened to some guided meditation for 20 minutes.
Questions for the group: @ndz2018 - I know you mentioned it before but what greens do you add to your smoothies? You get them on amazon right?
GTKY: What was your first job? I worked at the public library as a page. Easy and very flexible with my school
What are you thankful for this week? for my naturopath doctor. She straight up called me this morning to reassure me everything would be fine when my anxiety ridden self was worried about this setback I'm having. she said there is no given timeline for the recovery which is annoying to me but I'm hopeful I will recover for longer next time.

Rant: I have post pardum anxiety that has seriously impacted my life and I'm feeling depressed, anxious and a bit like a failure for needing to do this for #2. I'm a woman and this is the one effing job my body is supposed to do and it can't. We struggled to get #1 and were sooo close to doing IVF but didn't need to, in the end. I had these same feelings then but now new ones. I feel like a failure for not being able to give DS a sibling. I hadn't expected this fresh layer of hell on top of how I was already feeling. He carries my old cabbage patch kid premie (which, of course, is now his) around the house-his baby. Sorry ladies-I know many of you are still TTC #1 and I pray for ya all every night. I feel like it just doesn't get any easier.
Question: our IVF consult will be 3/19 where we make a plan and sign consent. Suggestions on what questions to ask my RE? I'm a planner and like to be prepared.
First job: serving fro yo at TCBY!
Grateful: to see family who live far away!

@kristimh80 that's so nice that you got to enjoy your family time!! And kudos to you for sticking with the healthy eating!
@Labluver2 we had our honeymoon at Sandals Negril, Jamaica in 2012. Loved everything about it! Ugh what I'd give to be laying on that cushy lounge chair, hot sun soaking into my skin, cold beer in my hand, toes in my the soft, white sand, listening to soft lapping waves! Enjoy it!!
@vlagrl29 you are a trooper for dealing with the ups and downs of how you've been feeling! So happy you've got a great person in your corner who can support & help you. Feel better soon!

@mich_elle So sorry you're feeling that way. I get it, I feel like this all the time. Everyone on my side and my husband side has 2 - 3 kids now and we can't get one, so had to resort to IVF and seem like "those people" of the family. They always ask like it's a science project.

@Labluver2 Jamaica is AWESOME! You guys are gonna LOVE it!
@Laurakat81 that’s a lot a vitamins! Always a good thing when you’ve got nothing to complain about!!
@mich_elle So glad you had a good time! Isn’t that place great?!? As for your feelings toward IVF I’m so sorry you’re stressing about it but I feel like it’s totally natural to feel this way. I had Similar feelings. Even when it turned out I wasn’t the issue( we have MFI) I still felt that way. It took me a while to get used to the whole “weve got a slim chance to get KU on our own”
but once the meds came and the ER I got Excited about our lil embryos. As for questions I would def ask about the chances of getting pregnant at this point in your life. I have read lots of article about women banking eggs over 40 I’m gonna look for it.. but the more ERs they do the high chance of a live birth.
@mich_ellemy feelings were the exact same as yours about IVF, then I got scared about all the injections, then I got excited once I started as I prepared for retrieval day, then I struggled with the first four failing and reading the statistics that each cycle for my age had 4-6% success (ouch that sucks) so it’s been a mental challenge to go through with it. There are days I don’t worry so much and others where it’s incredibly hard to think it will work. Anyway, just saying that i totally get what you’re feeling.
@vlagrl29 I feel for you with everything you’re going through and applaud you for being so proactive to get yourself healthy. Sleep deprivation takes a huge toll on everything in life too, been there! Thinking of you and hope you get back from it soon. Your dr sounds amazing!

GTKY: What was your first job? Cashier at ToysRUs -btw I just heard they’re going out of business! Wonder if BabiesRUs is too.
What are you thankful for this week? That I get to see my Aunt this weekend for her 88th birthday! She’s a miracle- has been on hospice for her heart (Afib) for a year now and just keeps going! She’s fun, up for a glass of wine no matter the time of day. Love her.
@mich_elle here is the article I was talking about

@Labluver2 Oh I think Montego Bay is where the planes land like 50 ft from the beach...you'll have to check that out! I've seen videos of people getting blown into the water from the jets of the plane! And that night tour sounds equal parts amazing/terrifying! I'm not a huge fan of water and at night...na, I'll pass!
@Laurakat81 Isn't it nice when life is *boring* every now and then? Enjoy it!
@ndz2018 Yes, the Chart House food was amazing: passed hor devours included crispy bacon wrapped scallops, mini crab cakes, mini quesadillas, mini spanakopitas & more, dinner was buffet with prime rib, pork roast, 4 types of pasta, 3 veggies, salmon, chicken, 3 salads & more, dessert was venetian style plus they had bananas foster over vanilla ice cream! Oh and it was open bar too! Plus the view of NYC across the river were amazing as was the DJ they hired and the florist too! In fact, one of the grooms gave his speech and said, "To all the young kids in the room, take a look around...THIS is how you throw a party!" LOL, later, on FB he went on to commend the DJ for playing such great music that "turned all the Queens out!" hahaha! my 2yo danced for 4 hours straight with everyone! such a great time! And, thank you for your support. It does help to know that I'm not alone in how I feel. And I'll definitely ask that question & thank you for the article! I'll read it today!
@vlagrl29 Seriously, that's amazing that you've got that neuropath to help you pinpoint your triggers to help you feel better again. Thank you for your support-it truly helps. Ugh, feel better soon!
@Momifbysea Thank you for sharing your story with me. I knew this road would have it's struggles but wasn't expecting this. I appreciate your input and find comfort in knowing I'm not the only one. Enjoy your time with your aunt!!

@Momifbysea - Their toys are so expensive! I bet babies r us stays because you need places for a registry.
@ndz2018 - she said they shouldnt cause nausea but we talked and decided for me to not take a single supplement tomorrow and see how that goes. I may just be taking to much crap! Between all the supplements and detoxes and I'm feeling like I might as well be pregnant for as crappy as I feel ha! She also told me it was ok to try the ambien now that i'm recovering even though I don't feel I am.
Question about first cycle off meds - AF is due to come this weekend but no spotting, no sore boobs, but CM is scant like it is end of cycle I think. Does AF tend to come later first cycle off?
Also, my family doc took got the blood work back and the only thing off was my cortisol which was a bit high I guess which I figured since my naturopath told me that so he referred me to an endocrinologist and I see her April 11. Never been to one of those doctors.
