Trigger Warning

I started bleeding a little bit last night and I called my OB. She wanted to see me first thing this morning. I never had any pain and didn't even have enough bleeding to fill a pad. When she did the ultrasound this morning my uterus was totally empty. I'm in a state of shock right now since I had an ultrasound last week and I saw the heartbeat. I can't believe things went wrong so quickly. I'm just trying to go about my day and take care of my daughter, but it's just so hard right now.
