The house that backs up to our back yard has motion sensor spotlights on the back of the house. Like 13 of them. So whenever a squirrel or something runs through their yard at night it's like daylight out there. All. Night. Long.
Apparently talking about not pooping yesterday made it happen and now I can't stop. All I can think about is whoever posted that gif of step brothers and the room for activities
I've been having so much trouble pooping at work. It takes so much uh... "effort"... for me to poop lately that it takes forever, and I just can't get myself to do it when someone is next to me in a stall. So I'm basically really stopped up and bloated all day at work until I get home. It is probably less than the ideal way of handling it.
I'll hop on the TMI poop train. Ever since DD was born, I've struggled with hemorrhoids, which were never a problem at all for me pre-baby. I'm already back in the "bleeding every time I poop" camp, despite eating prunes, taking stool softeners, etc. I'm terrified of 3rd tri and postpartum this time around. I think my intestines and butthole are going to fall out of my body.
I'm sorry for you guys and your poop problems! That's the worst. I'm like clockwork and it's like I need to go before I even get out of bed in the morning.
@juliebird6 I'm not laughing at you I know your last statement is a serious concern but it's making me chuckle

I feel this so much. I got to the point yesterday where I was just so happy that I actually had the urge to go that I didn't give a crap (hehe) if there was anyone else in the restroom with me.
I'm to the point now where I do a little "happy dance" whenever I have a legit BM and not some wimpy rabbit pellet mess that's been common recently.
I need to poop. I swear I am carrying around 2 extra pounds ... of poop. Before pregnancy I would just drink that Smooth Move tea and poop like a freaking poop superhero.
@calimom2524 I felt the same way this morning after I finally pooped after 3 days. All I could think was the step brothers thing in my head. My 5 year old looked at me like I was crazy laughing out loud coming out of the bathroom.
@juliebird6 I am in the same boat as you, not only do I bleed which scares the shit out of me (see what I did there) but my butt itches like crazy all the time. Ughhh
I can't seem to get DH to not use my nice washcloths for self pleasure purposes! We have plenty of other washcloths, quit using the nice ones! But also, thanks for taking care of yourself and leaving me alone

I wish I had the pregnancy effect on the poops. Though at this point, after 9 years of crohns, I am not surprised.
Man I feel for you. My mom has crohn's and I don't wish that on my worst enemy. She had a foot of her colon removed several years ago, that disease is no joke.
I can poop, but it never feels like a satisfying poop- I never feel like the job is completely done, so I end up going like ten times in a row. I've had like two actually satisfying poops since I've been pregnant.

Maybe it's the Metformin, or my normally faster than normal digestion, but so far I've not had a problem with not being able to poop. Sometimes I think it might be nice to go a day or two without having to go...
I guess my TMI would be that I indulged in a Diet Dr Pepper last night, and whenever gas, like from carbonated beveraged, gets trapped in my colon on the leftside, where it turns down? It pisses off some nerves that give me heart palpitations. They're so annoying.
I’m either bloated and feeling like a need to poop, but can’t, or having extremely loose bowels. Very little in between. I guess it’s evening out, though?
@calimom2524 I'm missing most of my colon at this point. I think my biggest fear is baby developing it, but there is zero way to know. I'll take all the poops if it means healthy baby.
So since poop is where it’s at today. I made my fav Mac n cheese which this baby doesn’t really like but I love. And chowed down. And about 30 minutes later was stuck on the pot. Seriously. Baby hates it. I’m so sad. And now my butt hurts. From all the pooping. Hahahahhahaha.
@nll0803 Man, I'm sorry you have to deal with that! DH has Crohn's. Luckily it's been under control for a while on Humira and he hasn't yet needed surgery, but I've seen what he goes through every day with it, I can't imagine having it and then dealing with pregnancy on top of it! You deserve a trophy.
@neeraja_k Heart palpitations are one of my pregnancy symptoms. Definitely thought I was dying during my first pregnancy and even though I know to randomly expect them now, it still freaks me out.

@mrsbubbles-2 we have the same problem. I had to get black out curtains. We joke it’s like that movie, lake view terrace. It lights up our whole room.
I had to eliminate a total selfish TW this week. She was just such a toxic person. Can’t even say friend because I talked with her almost daily and she “forgot I was pregnant” when she asked if I have “stopped going to the gym because I have been packing it on”.
@Mkrosieo - oh hell no! Good for you for cutting this person out of your life! I can't believe someone would say that to another person, let alone a friend! Ugh, sorry you had to deal with that
