  • I did my Monday workout, Tuesday the studio was closed because of the weather and I intended to work out at home but then decided to sit and be lazy. And I had every intention of working out yesterday, but needed to eat a cheeseburger instead. I'm trying to convince myself I needed the red meat and the downtime, but really it was just cold outside and I didn't want to go anywhere.   But I will be back at it tomorrow!
  • Got it done Monday/Tuesday. Wednesday our anatomy scan was at 6:45am, so by time we got off work and did some chores, DH and I were too tired and lazy to workout. Last night we almost didn't go again after giving the dogs a bath and doing more chores, but we went! Today might be a miss. Gender reveal party tomorrow and lots of things to do today. Plus, DH's friend is flying into to town for the party today and is staying with us so it'll probably just be out for pizza and fun times. With him staying with us and the party tomorrow, not sure how much working out will happen this weekend. O-well, after the last 3 weeks of being super busy and physically tiring, I'm excited to be a lazy pregnant lady again! :P

    Me: 36 H: 40 Married 2015. Together since 2010.
    TTC: Sept 2016-Oct 2017
    BFP Oct 2017. DD born July 2018.
    TTC: March 2020. BFP March 2020
    Due date was Nov 2020
    DS born Sept 2020. DS passed away Nov 2020 due to prematurity and birth trauma.
    TTC: March 2021
    IUI #1 Nov 2021, BFN
    IUI #2 Dec 2021 BFP.  MC Jan 2022
    IUI #3 Aug 2022 BFN
    IUI #4 Sept 2022 BFN
    AMH test came back at .081. Was going to move on to IVF with DE, but have decided not to. Will be leaving it up to the universe now.

    Prenatal yoga on Monday, Zumba and yoga on Tuesday, walked a bunch on Wednesday and yesterday I dragged my lazy ass to the gym at 7:30pm...did 15 min on a spin bike, pretty fun even by myself. And then a little lifting circuit with kettlebells. 30 sec on 10 off because I was tired and also it was late. I'm trying to squeeze in some yoga before we leave for Texas but work has been busy and I'm still in my PJs... hoping to walk a bunch in Texas and maybe swim in the in laws' pool as it's supposed to be 70f on Sunday:)
  • Reformer Pilates on Sunday and an evening spin class on Tuesday. I almost felt like my old self again during spin and it was a fun class. I haven’t been able to take other classes this week but have walked my dog as usual and took some walks during my lunch at work. Taking prenatal Pilates tomorrow with a friend (she’s not pregnant but there for moral support lol). I’ve been eating pretty good this week but yesterday I just had to have Papa John’s pizza. I don’t even remember the last time I’ve had that but it was like a ravenous monster came over me and I was too lazy to pick up and out of delivery range so I post mated it. Lol 
  • Anyone else staying pretty consistent with exercise but failing miserably at portion control? I'm just SO hungry! Tips???
  • I have a Soul Cycle and brunch date with a friend on Friday, I'm looking forward to it. Also, I'm off site at a work meeting tomorrow then I'm free starting at like 1 so I'm going to go to take a barre class.

  • @foxbaby2016 yep! Just try to eat small snacks throughout the day to prevent yourself from reaching the 'starving omg I need to stuff my face with anything and everything' zone.

  • @foxbaby2016 I'm definitely getting hungrier and bigger haha unfortunately I haven't worked out much while I was in Texas this weekend so need to get back into the groove. It's gloomy and rainy here and my fridge is pretty empty so in order to avoid eating out again I'm going to order some healthy groceries through Amazon. 
    Zumba and teaching yoga tonight and another hour of teaching tomorrow. Let's do this mamas!

    @runsomewhere I feel Barre is such a great option for pregnancy. I just skip the ab part at the end. Soul cycle is always fun! 
  • After last weeks complete meltdown and total eating of all garbage foods thanks to the weather, I finally feel back on track. Saturday's workout was good, last night's workout was awesome, and I'm really looking forward to working out tonight. The only thing I don't like is they took down the curtains that covered the mirrors in the dance studio because they needed to be cleaned, and now we all have to look at ourselves. And those are fat mirrors, which aren't really helping the body confidence! Trying to be nice to myself, but holy crap, when did my butt get so big?! :#

    Anyways, back to healthy meals and healthy snacks and I feel so much better! Plus MyFitnessPal doesn't nag me about the sugar or sodium in things when I eat at home. LOL.
