How far along today? How big is baby? 20 weeks! It's half baked day
New/Interesting/Festering Symptoms Feeling stronger kicks this week, and have felt 2 so far on the outside. My husband and son haven't felt them yet, so looking forward to that. My day started with feeling one and then my son singing the baby a song and trying to get her to move more but no luck!
Appointments/US this week I have my anatomy scan next Monday. Can't wait to see how big she has gotten. I haven't had an ultrasound since 8 weeks.
Random Questions None that I can think of
Rants/Raves My husband was a total sweetheart for V day this year, which we typically don't do. Last night he picked up our son from preschool and told me he was taking him to get a haircut. He also took him to the florist so he could pick out some flowers for me, and they got me some chocolates. My son (who is 5) loves giving gifts so the look on his face and how excited he was were my favorite parts. He also ordered some really nice slippers for me since I keep stealing his. AND he planned a nice dinner out for us on Saturday. I only got him a card, so I was feeling kind of bad, but he told me he just wanted to do this since he's been traveling for work so much and he knows things have been rough with me being pregnant, working, and taking care of our son alone full time. He's right and it was nice to get some recognition for that. He's pretty great sometimes. Are you a fan of romance movies? If so, what is your favorite? If not, what is your preferred genre? I wouldn't say they are my favorite (I love scary movies!), but I like a really good one occasionally. Bridget Jone's Diary (b/c Colin Firth and Huge Grant) comes to mind as a favorite. I also love Sleepless in Seattle and Breakfast at Tiffany's. Oh, and Dirty Dancing and Say Anything (again b/c Patrick Swayze and John Cusack). Okay maybe I like them more than I initially thought......

I'm 19 weeks! Baby is the size of a mango, and about half a pound in there.
New/Interesting/Festering Symptoms
I haven't had many symptoms during my pregnancy. But I would say leg cramps in my calves. All the time! I drink plenty of water too so I know it's not from dehydration. How annoying lol.
Appointments/US this week
I have my Anatomy scan on Friday! Me and boyfriend are so excited, we also haven't had an ultrasound since 8 weeks.
Random Questions
Should I be worried about breast feeding since my boobs haven't grown at all? I want to breast feed but afraid I might not be able to.
Rants/Raves
Me and Bf just got a new place, we move in on Friday after my anatomy scan! This is amazing because we have been miserably renting a room from someone he knew, and everyone in the house just caused so much drama. So I'm happy we are leaving, we don't need that in our life. Also because we are starting a family, so we need our own space!
Are you a fan of romance movies? If so, what is your favorite? If not, what is your preferred genre? I do like romance movies, but I'm more of a scary movie and documentary kind of gal. Just finished watching Making a Murderer, it was slow but intense!
@babyrojas2018 the size of your boobs doesn't have anything to do with breastfeeding (I don't believe). I have had several friends who were not so well endowed be very successful with nursing!
Friday will be a very exciting day for you guys! Congratulations!!

How far along today? How big is baby? I'm 19 weeks. Juicy mango sized!
New/Interesting/Festering Symptoms The only festering symptom is that when I sit in a too deep chair I cough. It's like the baby is squished and wants me to sit up.
Appointments/US this week Had an appointment today and heard his heartbeat. Anatomy scan is Friday. I'm super excited since I haven't had an ultrasound since 8 weeks.
Random Questions None this week.
Rants/Raves A couple of my coworkers have been so nice to me. One cooked for me and another brought me some of her maternity clothes.
Are you a fan of romance movies? If so, what is your favorite? If not, what is your preferred genre? I like some romance movies. My fave is Bridget Jones' Diary. Absolutely loved the book and the first movie is perfect. I'm also a Love Jones fan. My seventeen year old self thought that's how grown-up love would be like.
@babyrojas2018 It's not my ticker change day, but I just wanted to chime in on the boob growth/breastfeeding question. I have TINY boobs and they really don't grow all that much during pregnancy either, but I was a milk machine with my son and accumulated an impressive freezer stash. Don't fret!
How far along today? How big is baby? 20 weeks today. Banana...?
New/Interesting/Festering Symptoms
Thought I was getting light headed, but Dr. says it's likely low blood sugar. Starting snacking!

Random Questions
Not right now
Rants/Raves So happy to have gotten a bunch of helpful stuff on loan from my sister. But concerned that all this stuff can't fit in our apartment...our bedroom looks like a storage unit right now. Hm...
Are you a fan of romance movies? If so, what is your favorite? If not, what is your preferred genre? Yes! Love rom coms. Wish they made more like they used to. @crimsonpeach@stlmegs Bridget Jones' Diary and Sleepless in Seattle are great. I also really love The Holiday with Cameron Diaz, Kate Winlset, Jude Law, and Jack Black.
19 weeks today. Had my anatomy scan, everything looks great. I did find out the placenta is anterior so that made me feel so much better. I haven't really felt anything that I wasn't sure was gas or bowels. I have a pulmonary appt tomorrow due to my reactive airway issues getting worse, it was a 1 in 3 possibility. I have my next ultrasound in a month and see my OB next week.

New/Interesting/Festering Symptoms
Nosebleeds have started again. On top of the acne, it's like I'm going back in time to the first trimester!
Appointments/US this week
None this week; 2/26 is the anatomy scan, and next week I see my endo.
Random Questions
Has anyone else not really felt any kicks/flutters? Am I just oblivious to things?
Rants/Raves
Had a nice dinner with my husband tonight. Not really huge on Valentine's Day, but it's nice to go out during the week sometimes, and we are seeing it as our last hurrah before our dynamic changes. Next year, it's White Castle.
Are you a fan of romance movies? If so, what is your favorite? If not, what is your preferred genre? I like romantic comedies. Can't think of any right now, though. I basically like comedies.
@supersara2 I haven't felt anything. At my last ultrasound I asked where my placenta was, it is anterior and she confirmed it will be a little longer until I feel anything. That made me feel so much better!
@myfairbump That's a relief! Hopefully it's the same for me, and I'll ask in a little over a week when I go for the anatomy scan. There is also a chance that I'm really oblivious to things, though. Or I just brushed it off as gas.
